• Our generous partners brought joy to over 1,000 children in Ukraine at our Superbook-themed camps. In regions across Ukraine, kids from displaced families, orphanages, and vulnerable households discovered God’s love even in the darkest of times. Volunteers witnessed the power of spiritual growth as girls and boys learned about the Bible by watching Superbook episodes in their own languages.
• After 20 years of being on the air, Ek Nayee Zindagi—CBN’s flagship program in India—continues to inspire millions of viewers with stories of overcoming depression, rejection, and loneliness through faith in Christ. One viewer named Avijit shared, “Years ago, I watched your program on television. I found it again on YouTube, and it brought back old memories. Through this program, I discovered freedom from bondages and learned that true joy is only found in Jesus.” It is because of your faithful partnership that we can continue to share God’s transforming love with people in need of hope.

The inspiring story of how you brought hope to a desperate family
Jorge, a skilled woodcutter, was dedicated to providing for his family in Honduras—until one tragic day a heavy log fell onto his leg, shattering it in three places. Without surgery, his chances of recovery were bleak. Unable to afford the operation, Jorge was left waiting in a government hospital, and his family faced mounting hardship.
“Just one week after the accident, we were running out of money,” recalled his wife, Dolores.
Thanks to the kindness of friends like you, CBN’s Operation Blessing stepped in, funding Jorge’s much-needed surgery to repair his leg. To further support the family, Dolores received resources to start a small snack business.
“We no longer go without food for our children,” Dolores shared gratefully. “I know that God will greatly bless you for what you did.”
Your dedicated partnership is a powerful force that is lifting men, women, and children from the depths of despair.
In January 1975, CBN produced its first Israeli special as Founder Pat Robertson interviewed the former prime minister of Israel, Yitzhak Rabin.

Advancing a legacy of compassion and service
Operation Blessing, the global humanitarian outreach of CBN, introduced Drew Friedrich as its new president. In a recent interview, we sat down with Drew to help our partners get to know the new leader who will be stepping into this significant role.
Q: Drew, what excites you most about leading Operation Blessing right now?
A: It’s an incredible honor. For nearly 50 years, Operation Blessing has answered God’s call to bring help and hope to those in need. What excites me most is this new season of growth—broadening our reach, building on a legacy of compassion, and serving with greater innovation and faith than ever before.
Q : How do you see Operation Blessing’s mission moving forward?
A: Our mission remains unchanged, but our approach is evolving. We’re deepening partnerships, empowering local communities, and integrating our five core pillars—clean water, hunger relief, medical care, disaster response, and child development—so we can meet needs more holistically.
Q: What makes Operation Blessing unique?

A: We’re a global movement. This is God using ordinary people to do extraordinary things—staff, donors, volunteers, and partners united in compassion. We aim to not just respond in crisis, but to help families rebuild and experience lasting transformation.
Q What is your vision for the future?
A: To steward this organization faithfully, honor our founder’s legacy, and see Operation Blessing known as a beacon of hope worldwide—where love, service, and transformation define everything we do. I’m grateful to help guide this mission forward together.

DREW FRIEDRICH PRESIDENT, OPERATION

Because of you, CBN continues to reach the lost and change lives with the Gospel.
In 1959, Pat Robertson moved his young family to the Tidewater region of Virginia with only $70 and a powerful vision—to establish the first Christian television network in the United States. Although he didn’t own a television, Pat filed papers to

establish The Christian Broadcasting Network, Inc., and raised just enough funds to buy a defunct station. From that humble beginning, history was made. On October 1, 1961, CBN began broadcasting from WYAH-TV in Portsmouth, Virginia—with a signal that barely reached the city limits.
God expanded Pat’s vision far beyond what anyone imagined. As decades passed, CBN’s broadcast spread across America and around the world through cable, satellite, and international affiliates. Using video, internet, and literature evangelism, this network has proclaimed the Good News in a total of 90 languages and dialects— and has ministered in 164 different languages and dialects over the years. Seven million visitors went to CBN’s international websites through November 30, 2024. This calling echoes Habakkuk 2:14 (nkjv): “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.” Every program, training initiative, and outreach reflects this vision—glorifying God and drawing people to Jesus.
Thanks to faithful partners, CBN is sharing Gospel-centered content on digital platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The 700 Club and CBN News stream live worldwide, while the CBN family and Superbook apps bring biblical truth to homes and phones across continents. Streaming platforms, podcasts, interactive prayer chats, and localized websites like Jawaban. com and Club700Hoy.com are connecting seekers to Jesus in real time.
In Cambodia, 13-year-old Channit once struggled with fear and selfdoubt. When she joined the School of Life program, supported by CBN’s Orphan’s Promise, her classroom became a place of transformation. Learning biblical truths helped her overcome anxiety and come to know Jesus in a personal way. Now her prayers replace her fear, her grades have improved, and she boldly shares the Gospel with others.
In Indonesia, Gibran* grew up in a home filled with conflict. For years, bitterness kept him far from faith— until one night, a dream filled him with a peace he couldn’t explain. Searching online for the God he encountered, he found CBN’s Jawaban.com and reached out to the CBN Prayer Center. There he learned about the Gospel, surrendered his life to Christ, and was baptized. Today, he is a transformed man—peaceful, forgiving, and active in church discipleship.
In South Africa, 10-year-old Njabulo discovered the power of faith through CBN Animation’s Superbook. Watching biblical stories online with his family led him to give his heart to Jesus. Inspired by episodes like “Let My People Go!” and “A Giant Adventure,” Njabulo stood up to bullies and shared Christ’s love with friends—setting off a ripple of kindness that led other children to the Lord. His heart for
prayer and witnessing is illuminating the path for others to follow Jesus.
Our partners are not only changing lives spiritually, but they are also meeting physical needs around the world. Through CBN’s Operation
Blessing and our other humanitarian outreaches, devoted friends like you are feeding the hungry, caring for the sick, providing clean water, and bringing relief to disaster victims. Each act of compassion opens a door for the Gospel.
Because of you, the vision first planted in 1961 continues to bear fruit today.

Have you ever felt like God was asking you to do something that doesn’t suit you? Jeremiah understands. As a young man, he received God’s call out of the blue—to be a prophet to the nations. And Jeremiah told God He must be confused: “Ah, Lord God! Behold, I cannot speak, for I am a youth” (Jeremiah 1:6 nkjv). Didn’t God know he wasn’t equipped for this?
God replied, “Do not say, ‘I am a youth,’ for you shall go to all to whom I send you” (Jeremiah 1:7).
God’s response could seem insensitive, but let’s see how He first called Jeremiah: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you. … I ordained you a prophet to the nations” (Jeremiah 1:5).
God knew Jeremiah. He also knows us—inside and out—past, present, and future. And God is the Maker. He decides who we are and what we can do— before we are even born.
What’s more, if we feel we aren’t what we ought to be, we can ask Him to remake us. Jesus said, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26).
Once God heard Jeremiah’s excuse, what did He do? Jeremiah 1:18 says, “For behold, I have made you this day a fortified city and an iron pillar, and bronze walls against the whole land” (Jeremiah 1:18). God was remaking Jeremiah into what he needed to be in order to do what he was called to do.
So, what’s God saying to you? Let this new year be the one where you stop resisting and start trusting.

How should I begin a conversation with someone who wants to learn more about Jesus?
One of the most powerful ways to introduce people to Jesus is simply to tell them, “God loves you.” God is love; Jesus is living proof of that love. Many people feel distant from God, thinking they haven’t lived up to some standard. But the truth is, God’s love is unconditional and available to everyone.
When I became a father, I understood more deeply the heart of our heavenly Father who gave His only Son for us. Jesus willingly surrendered His life to show that love. This is the greatest news anyone can hear. So start with love. Tell others about the goodness of God and how He doesn’t keep a record of wrongs. The Apostle Paul reminds us that it’s God’s kindness that leads people to repentance. This profound truth has the power to change hearts and draw people to faith.

As we begin a new year, many of us look for a fresh start. We set new goals and intentions, hoping that this year will be different in some way. But the greatest new beginning doesn’t come from trying harder; it comes from believing the truth about what Jesus has already done.
God is a redeeming God. He has become our salvation. This is His promise of the coming Messiah in Exodus 6:6: “I will redeem you with an outstretched arm.”
Through Jesus, that promise is fulfilled. He paid the price with His outstretched arms on the cross. You are bought and paid for with the blood of Christ. There is nothing you need to earn; nothing you need to fix first. All you have to do is believe.
Romans 10:13 assures us, “Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
God is not a performance-based Father. He doesn’t love you more when you do everything right. His love keeps no record of wrongs. His love fully restores. He makes you into what He intended you to be from the very beginning.

If you’re carrying regrets from your past, remember this: If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new (2 Corinthians 5:17).
This is what He wants for you—not just forgiveness, but transformation. He wants to walk with you into a life of abundant mercy, love, and acceptance.
Psalm 65:11 says, Your paths drip with abundance. That’s what He has in store for you this year, if you’ll receive it.
So don’t strive. Just surrender. As Ephesians 1:6 tells us, He made us accepted in the Beloved. Let this year be the one where you stop looking back and start walking in the new life Christ has already prepared for you.
God bless you!
