THE CHALLENGE
THE SOLUTION
Equipment Controls Company had an open warehouse support position and wanted to target experienced candidates only. They also needed to fill the position quickly to avoid loss of production. Other job board sites did not offer them the ability to target their hiring campaigns specifically to candidates with warehouse support experience, or the resources to help them quickly and easily create polished employment ads.
As an ASA member, Equipment Controls Company enjoyed complimentary access to ASA’s Career Resource Center. This allowed them to utilize tools such as:
With the assistance of the ASA Career Resources and SupplyIndustryCareers.com job board, ECCO was able to generate the type of exposure for their employment ads that they were seeking. They were also able to post their warehouse position on industry specific social media sites, which is how they ultimately found Lucky Aruya. Lucky saw their ad on the Facebook Industry Career page which led him to apply for the open warehouse position. He turned out to be the ideal candidate and has been a terrific addition to their warehouse team, and one they feel confident will be working there for years to come.
