To ensure our members are prepared to meet the challenges of our ever-evolving world, the ASA Education Foundation is fortifying resources and employing innovative strategies to advance the industry: • Project TALENT, a recruitment and industry-branding initiative to inform and drive qualified candidates to our industry • ASA Recruiter’s Toolbox, providing thousands of industry branding assets to help members attract top talent • Expanded growth of educational programs, including publication of “How to Develop an Effective Training Handbook” and the Trainer’s Best Practice Forum workshop Karl E. Neupert led the charge to create the original endowment corpus in response to the demands of a changing industry. Today, workforce challenges and the continually evolving state of business still drives our mission, and is more important than ever as distributors compete to recruit, train, and retain top talent.
