ASA’s Women in Industry Division has been a growing force for advancing the visibility of women professionals in the PHCP-PVF industry. Today, we are seeing more women moving into leadership roles within the industry than ever before.
As a leading national trade association, ASA sees tremendous value in the expanded roles women are occupying in the PHCP and PVF industry. To foster an expanding leadership role of women in our channel, ASA formed the Women in Industry Division. The focus of this Division is on how ASA can empower women and provide them with the opportunity to connect – through education, information, and engagement and to foster a strong career path for both women entering our industry and those currently building their careers.
