CB's referral rewards Program With the CB Referral Rewards Program, you'll receive a referral rewards commission payment equal to 1% of their adjusted gross commission income (AGCI) on every closed transaction for as long as, both you and the referred agent stay affiliated.

How it works step 1 Identify a non-Anywhere* brand agent who is interested in a career with Coldwell Banker Advantage.

step 2 Send an email to your BIC to get the process started. We will assist you in completing the necessary paperwork to register your referral.

step 3 Share in their success! Once the agent affiliates, you receive a referral rewards commission payment on their closed transactions for as long as both you and the referred agent stay affiliated with Coldwell Banker. *Anywhere brands include Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Sothebys International, ERA, & Corcoran. CBA Recruiting Bonus Program In addition, all Coldwell Banker Advantage agents remain eligible for our recruiting cash bonus program. This program runs in parallel with the new CB Referral Rewards program.
