LEADERSHIP CAYMAN HISTORY.
Introduced by the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce in 2009.
It’s a six-month experience designed to promote and enhance community engagement.

Process
LEADERSHIP CAYMAN CRITERIA.
AGE. POSITION. STATUS.
Must be at least 25 years of age by January 1.
Must be in at least a middle-management position at your current workplace.
must be a resident in the Cayman Islands for at least one year
APPLICATION PROCESS.
Submit application Application graded by Committee**
Invited to 2 stage interview Decision letters sent out Candidates are short listed ** Applications are voted anonymously
