STUDENT SPOTLIGHT
In January 2023, Jasmine Greene applied for and won the Firehood Angels’ first international pitch competition for women in tech entrepreneurs and has earned 25K for the development of PCSG. Private Caribbean Study Goals (PCSG) is the first student-led online teaching platform in the world. It cater to secondary school students (3rd Form, O-Level & A-Level) across the Caribbean. PCSG has impacted the lives of 5300+ students in 20+ Caribbean countries since its establishment in March 2020 due to COVID-19. PCSG's motto is our mission: "Students Helping Students Succeed" and is partnered with the United Nation's 4th Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) - Quality Education. Jasmine founded Private Caribbean Study Goals (PCSG) at the age of 16 in March 2020 due to the closure of her former secondary school – The Combermere School – as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Alike her were several other academically deprived, demotivated students across the Caribbean. Tackling the United Nation's 4th Sustainable Development Goal - Quality Education - Caribbean secondary school students expressed to her the lack of and need for affordable, quality online education that is personalised to their academic needs and wants. Thus, she organized and established PCSG to provide affordable (currently free), high-quality online education.

Considering the council started the tenure in debt, this is highlighted as a major achievement.

New Vending Machine
The Guild Union, where students frequent on a daily basis, now has a new vending machine for snacks! With this new addition quickly becoming very popular over the past week, we would like to recognize and thank the Faculty of Sport Representative Mickel Besson for making this happen.
