US BUYERS
Our sales are conducted in Canadian funds. The U.S. exchange rate will be available at the settlement desk. Upon successful purchase of an animal, the consignors will assist with the necessary documentation, health exams, brokerage and U.S. custom charges necessary to export your animal to the U.S. An additional fee of $300.00 U.S. per animal will be charged for this service, and is due at time of settlement. Transportation is not included in this amount.
SEMEN
The breeders in The Premium Beef Bull Sale reserve the right to draw semen on any of the sale bulls for ‘in herd use’ at the buyer’s convenience and our cost.
SETTLEMENT, DELIVERY AND AFTER-SALE OPTIONS
Option A: Bring your trailer to the sale and take your purchase sale day.
Option B: Free delivery on the bulls to central points in western Canada. We will do our best to get them right to your place. Distances further will be on a cost share basis. Bulls can be taken back to the sellers and boarded free of charge to April 15/26. After that a $3.00/ day charge will apply. We request that all bulls returning to the farm be insured.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cattle will sell under the standard Canadian Simmental Association Sale Terms & Conditions; these are available upon request.
PAYMENT
No cattle will be released or delivered without full payment or arrangements made with consignors.
INSURANCE
Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold. Insurance will be available sale day and all bulls returning or staying on the sellers farm MUST be insured. We strongly recommend that the insurance is purchased for the full value.
LIABILITIES
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. The sellers and facility owners assume no liability, legal or otherwise for any accidents that occur.

The apparent advancement of genetics and quality is as evident as ever in all three pens. All of these operations take their breeding programs seriously and really value their customers. The utilization of some of the industry’s finest herd bulls as well as industry leading ai sires leaves you with a super set of Simmental Beef Bulls to select from that are uniform in type and kind being soft made, easy doing and heavy haired. A great blend of performance and calving ease is also well balanced throughout this offering with a strong emphasis on maternal quality behind each bull. Again this year is an exciting set of select purebred heifers ready to fit into any operation right off the top of their respective calf crops. As exciting and as deep in quality as the bulls are, we would be remiss to not touch on the quality of the folks that make up the Premium Beef Sale. The Johns, de Rocquigny and Schweitzer/McColl families are some of the real good people we get to be associated with. They are truly good people that value your time, business and interest in their programs.

t is hard to believe it is bull sale time again! Welcome to the 2026 edition of the Premium
Beef Bull and Female Sale. This has been quite the year in the cattle business, and the future looks very bright. It sure is nice to be rewarded for all the hard work everyone puts in day in and day out!
Here at Ag-Land Farms we are very excited with the pen of bulls that we have on offer. We believe it is strong and consistent all throughout the pen. There is a great offering of red and black power cow bulls and also heifer bulls. We feel there is the potential of some breeder bulls along with well working commercial herd bulls. All of our bulls are quiet and easy to work with. We would like to reserve the right to draw semen on any of the bulls for our own in-herd use. The bulls are on a full vaccination program and will be semen checked, and ready to go work by sale time. Videos have been taken of the bulls and will be placed on www.cattlevids.ca in the near future

Welcome to this year’s edition of the Premium Beef Bull and Female Sale. This is a pen of bulls we are very proud to offer. We believe this offering is as strong as ever. 7 red Betts sons, 3 black Monument sons, 2 black and 1 red Timber Wolf sons, and 1 black Strutter son. Also, we will offer 3 open heifers, 2 very attractive TimberWolf black blaze faced daughters and 1 solid red Betts daughter. The 14 bulls we are offering averaged 1347lbs on Jan 11-2026.
IPU Betts 30J, has given our group considerable consistency with desirable performance, hair coat and docile natured. Excellent bone structure and muscle mass, nice skull shape and wide muzzled. Betts has done great things for our herd, and however he’s bred, whether bred to reds, blacks or full bloods, he has steadily proven himself.
PLCC TimberWolf 44K, continues to work very well in the heifer pen. Calving ease and proving steady growth month over month. Super smooth made, nice narrow skull and consistent depth. These 3 bulls BW range between 80-89lbs. Which we see a steady mid 80’s average. NAC Monument 61L, has done an excellent job adding tremendous length, mass and hair to his offspring. His calves have also been tidy through their neck and walk on a strong base. These 4 bulls BW range between 87-91lbs which we find very attractive and very consistent with his calf crops. Each of the Dams have nice udders and good natured.
CMS Strutter 126J, just the one bull calf in this years crop, but couldn’t be much more excited about this guy. We retained 2 Strutter females that will have calved by the end of January. The depth, the performance and overall presence of quality we have seen in the Strutter offspring is impressive. SBSF “D-Man” 7N has a great temperament, a tremendous Dam with an excellent udder and appealing 90lb BW.
All bulls have been sire verified, 100K verified, colour tested, and received Ivomec. Feed October 1 through December 15 consists of an Trouw Nutrition starter Oat ration with endless grass hay. December 15 through sale day consists of a Trouw Nutrition Bull Grower Barley Ration with endless grass hay.
