A bull that was supposed to be in last year’s sale but due to injury he was removed. Was used as a clean up bull on some commercial cows so might have calves on the ground by sale day. He will be the last bull on offer out of the Echo bull. He is a full brother to the herd sire I’m using. He will appear to be a little heads up but can assure you, I can walk up to him and scratch him all over.

They are Simmental Cross, born March-April 2023. In October 2023 at weaning, they received Vision 8 Somnus, Vista Once SQ, Ivormec and Vitamin AD3.
These heifers are quiet. We carefully breed our heifers to make good cows. Their sires are chosen with Maternal Calving Ease in mind, along with good body structure - including good udders and feet. Our cattle see us on a daily basis and are handled as calmly as possible.

Terms and Conditions:
Terms: The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable at par at the sale unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made prior to the sale. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement is made. All settlements must be made with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released. All monies are in Canadian funds. Sale is not complete until final payment is received.
Disputes: In case of dispute, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bids is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneed accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision is such matters is final.
Purchaser’s Risk: Each animal becomes the risk of the pruchaser as soon as sold.
Announcement’s: Errors discovered in the catalog will be corrected by announcements from the auction stand at sale time and as such, corrections will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalog.
Certificate of Registery: Each animal will carry papers of registration issued by the breed association, except where noted. When available, a certificate of registration duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer for each animal after settlement has been made.
Shipping: Assistance will be given in arranging shipments after the sale but no risk is assumed by the sellers. Delivery is at the buyer’s risk. Extra costs are to be borne by the buyer.
Breeder’s Guarantee: Should any bull fourteen months of age or older fail to prove a breeder after being used on cows known to be breeders, the matter shall be reported in writing to the seller within six months of the date of purchase or six months after the bull has reached fourteen months of age. The seller shall have the right and the privilege of six months to prove the bull a breeder. No guarantee is given that semen collected from the bull will freeze. In no event shall the seller be responsible for damage to the animal after the sale nor for sickness not apparent at sale time. In cases where the animal is sujected to any hormonal or surgical procedure after the sale, this guarantee shal be null and void.
Settlement: Transportation charges on an animal returned to the seller are to be borne by the purchaser. No incidental expenses such as feed, care, interest, veterinary fees etc. will be charged by either party when making settlement. If the seller is successful in proving the bull in question to be a breeder, the said animal will be reclaimed by the purchaser at his expense. Should the seller fail to prove the bull a breeder, then the buyer is guaranteed satisfactory replacement F.O.B location of orgin or a refund of the actual price.
Accidents: Althought every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of the buyers, neither the auction mart nor the sellers nor their agents assume any responsiblity in this matter and disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, in the event of an accident or loss or property.
Rights and Obligations: The above terms and conditions of the sale shall contstitute a contract between the buyer and the seller and be equally bindging to both parties. Resale of animals following purchase in this sale shall constitue a seperate transaction not subject to the terms and conditions herein.
