It is with great excitement we present this offering. Many of you may already know but this annual sale is evidence of our commitment to offer some of the very best of our program each year. It is painful to put the list of females together in the beginning because we only want to offer the ones that I would consider buying if I’m on the other side of the auction block, but as the sale comes together the anxiety turns to excitement.

This offering is as deep in quality as we have ever presented. The donors and bred females really are a sampling of the very best individuals and cow families on our ranch. These females contain and carry genetics that are at the forefront of breed for multiple traits. We don’t necessarily strive to produce show heifers but the open heifer calves in this sale can compete at any level.

The industry is poised to pay the cow-calf producer more in the future than we have been in history. The progeny of today’s offering will never be more valuable than the next few years. The photographer claimed this cow looked like one you would see in SD raising club calves…. I didn’t know whether to be honored or offended by that statement.

Her first calf is the Justice 960J AI sire and herdbull here at Warner Beef. I’m so confident in his influence in our program that I offer 50% interest in this cow. Her mating to Integrity is difficult to hold back being anxious for as I believe that could really ring a bell.
