2026 LOOKBOOK

WELCOME FROM THE CHAIRS Welcome to the 2026 Cattle Baron’s Ball! Cattle Baron’s Ball is committed to raising money to fund cutting-edge cancer research with the goal of ending cancer as we know it, for everyone. This year we are leading the charge to Soar Higher than cancer as we continue the fight in our community and nationwide. The very first Cattle Baron’s Ball was held here in Dallas. As we know, everything is bigger in Texas, and true to that spirit, Dallas has cemented its place as the largest single-night fundraiser for the American Cancer Society in the world. Since its inception in 1973, Dallas CBB has transformed into a powerful movement, inspiring the creation of 28 other Balls across the country and raising more than $111 million for the American Cancer Society – the majority of which stays right here in North Texas! This work would not be possible without our dedicated committee of volunteers and most importantly you, our awe-inspiring donors! Whether you donated to our silent auction, live auction, or are one of our sponsors, each of you made a difference. We express our sincere gratitude that you continue to support our cause and our community. We thank you and look forward to seeing you on October 17th for the 53rd Cattle Baron’s Ball! Cynthia Everitt and Paige Westhoff

Paddle Raise sponsored by the Sewell Family

A CALL TO ACTION: DONATE IN HONOR OF THE FITZGIBBONS FAMILY We would like to take a moment to share the heartfelt story of the Fitzgibbons family. What began as a routine appointment would change everything. Because of Jess Fitzgibbons’s family history of colon cancer, she encouraged her husband Colin to schedule a colonoscopy, simply as a precaution. They expected it to be uneventful. Instead, it led to a diagnosis that would alter the course of their lives forever. Colin Fitzgibbons lost his life to colon cancer on November 21, 2025. He was just 46 years old. Colin was many things: a devoted husband, a proud father of three boys, a respected leader, a loyal friend, and “Coach Colin” to many young athletes. But above all, he was someone who quietly, consistently put others before himself. Even in the face of cancer, Colin remained what he had always been, humble, kind, and fully devoted to his family. He lived by simple but powerful principles: Listen. Be a good sport. Have fun. And perhaps most importantly, “control what you can control.” Those values guided his life, and they guided him through his illness with remarkable grace. Colin’s story has already saved lives. His willingness to share his experience encouraged others to get screened, to take action, to “control what they can control.” But his family has asked an even greater question: What if his story could help prevent another family from experiencing this loss? That is what makes the 2026 Dallas Cattle Baron’s Ball paddle raise so important. This year’s paddle raise will directly support innovative cancer research right here in Texas; work that could lead to better detection, better treatment, and ultimately, more lives saved, honoring Colin’s legacy in a meaningful, lasting way. Colin never sought recognition. He believed in doing the right thing simply because it’s right. You have the opportunity to do exactly that. We invite you to give generously, in honor of Colin, in support of his wife Jessica and his sons Patrick, Conor and Declan, and in hope for all those who are still fighting. Every gift is an investment in a future where fewer families face the pain of cancer and more stories like Colin’s are defined not by loss, but by survival.

CHOOSING TEXAS WESTERLYUSA STYLE For Ella Langley’s iconic song “Choosing Texas,” written by Miranda Lambert, Westerly USA was chosen to bring the spirit of the Lone Star State to life through a one-of-a-kind pair of custom red and white leather chaps. Ella’s stylist, Stefani Colvin, came to us with a vision: bold, iconic, and unmistakably Texas. Together, we created a design in rich Italian red leather, with crisp white stars cascading down each leg and dramatic red-and-white fringe made to move with Ella. Built by Hand in Sedona My husband and creative partner, Chris Chandler, and I spent two weeks crafting the chaps by hand in our Sedona workshop. Every piece was cut, measured, and shaped specifically for Ella, from the sweeping star inlays to the Western buckles. Using premium Italian leather and timeless construction techniques, each seam was built for strength, movement, and a lifetime of wear. The Spirit of the Song Even the fringe was intentional—long enough to create dramatic movement with every step, while still allowing Ella to move and perform freely. This project captures what Westerly USA is all about: slow fashion, made by hand, built to last, and driven by spirit. Special Terma: This piece is a commemorative replica inspired by Ella’s original custom Texas Chaps and is not her personal or stage-worn pair. Intended for personal use only. Commercial, promotional, editorial, performance, celebrity styling, reproduction, or use implying Ella’s endorsement requires prior written authorization from Westerly USA. Donated by: WESTERLYUSA
