Dear Brahman Friends, I take this opportunity to thank our Lord God Almighty for letting me finish some projects that I had started and to initiate others that I had in mind, with great pride I confess that this sale was one of those dreams.

About 50 years ago God put Sara, my beautiful wife in my path and for more than 47, in sickness and in health, she has always been by my side, giving me unconditional support and encouragement, I love you Sara.

I was also blessed with a lovely Daughter, along Sara, she took real good care of me and my business while I was unable, a big thank you to my beloved right arm, Triana.

Since I last saw many of you I had some health issues. My recovery has been possible thanks to all of the prayers, love, calls, cards, emails, and messages, all with kind words, as well as the visits from all my friends and relatives. A big thank you to you all whose friendships I’ve been blessed with!

Sale Terms & Conditions BIDDING: Each animal on which there are two or more bids will be sold to the highest bidder.

TERMS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT THE DROP OF THE GAVEL. All cattle will be paid for immediately after the sale. Checks must be made payable to Infinity Cattle Services, Inc. DISPUTES: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids and his decision on such matters will be final.

HANDLING: As their sale is effected, all animals will be maintained at the purchaser’s risk.

REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES: The sale management will transfer the registration certificate to the new owner’s membership with the American Brahman Breeders Association within 30 days of the sale.

BREEDERS GUARANTEE: Every animal in this sale is, to the best of the breeder’s knowledge, free from any disease and are all sound. Pairs and bred females will be considered breeders without further guarantee. Buyer has 30 days from the date of the sale to have an accredited veterinarian check pregnancy status of bred females.

Open or exposed females will be guaranteed by the seller to be a breeder for a maximum of one year following the sale date or for young heifers until they reach two years of age. If an animal fails to breed during the previously established time limit, it may be returned to the seller in good condition. Seller reserves the right to try said animal for six months and if it proves to be a breeder, return it at the buyer’s expense. If the animal proves to be a nonbreeder, an animal of comparable rank or credit on the purchase of another animal will be offered.

HEALTH: All necessary health papers will be furnished for domestic purchases. It is the responsibility of any international buyer to arrange for testing and transportation.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements from the auction box will take precedence over the printed matter in this catalog and all other announcements.

LIABILITIES: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk.

CONTRACT: The above terms and guarantee shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller of each animal sold.

TRANSPORTATION: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make all shipping and transportation arrangements.

Transportation services will be offered the day of the sale.
