Ownership and entry deadline for the 2015 Junior National Hereford Expo in Grand Island, NE. is June 1st. Please complete the online entry form at www.jrhereford.org. All entries must be submitted through the online entry system.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Terms: Cash or check. Each animal to be sold to the highest bidder.

The auctioneer shall settle any disputes as to bids. All cattle are to be paid for by the purchasers during or immediately after the sale and will not be released until settlement has been made. Each animal will be at the purchaser‘s risk immediately after the animal is sold.

Registration Certificates: Registration certificates of the animals will be transferred to the buyer at the sellers expense. All calves born before the sale will be registered by the seller. All calves born after the sale will be registered by the buyer. Each buyer must be sure to give the clerk his proper name and address for making transfers. AI certificates will NOT be furnished by the seller on females carrying the service of non-owned AI sires.

EPD‘S: The EPDs listed herein are as reported by the AHA and are from the Spring 2015 Evaluation. We will not be responsible for changes in EPDs or if these cattle do not perform as indicated by their estimated EPDs. Health: All cattle selling will have interstate health charts required for shipping into other sections of the U.S. All females who are old enough are officially calfhood vaccinated.

Liability: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk, and the owners and sale manager assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur. Stith Auction Service acts only as agents for the seller and have no responsibilities other than those involved in conducting the sale.

Breeding Guarantee: Animals sold in this sale are guaranteed by the owners to be breeders, provided they are properly handled and cared for by the purchaser. If any fails to breed, the seller must be notified by Jan 1, 2016 and for open heifers by July 1, 2016, otherwise the animal is no longer guaranteed in any way. If animal is in sound, healthy condition, buyer may return it to seller, who shall have six months to test it and then, if the animal proves to be a non-breeder, a satisfactory exchange will be made or purchase price refunded. Every known blemish will be called before the animal is sold and no animal will knowingly be sold that is not sound in any way. Any changes in breeding dates will be announced sale day. Any female selling with calf at side is considered to be a breeder with no further guarantee in this regard.

Announcements: Announcements at the sale ring by the owners or the auctioneer concerning the cattle will take precedence over statements in the sale catalog.

Insurance: Insurance will be available for purchase through Harding and Harding.

Trucking: Trucking will be available.
