ISRO will launch new rocket SSLV on August 7, ‘AzaadiSat’ satellite made by 750 girl students
Chennai, Agency. Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is going to launch its small rocket ‘Small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV) for the first time on 7 August. According to ISRO, the rocket SSLV-D1 will take off from the launch pad at Sriharikota at 9.18 am. The rocket with a maximum cargo carrying capacity of 500 kg will carry an ‘Earth Observation Satellite-02’ (EOS02), formerly known as Microsatellite-2A. Its weight is about 142 kg.
