But it doesn't matter where; all disciples of Jesus must cling to the conviction that our response to Christ's call in the here and now is, in fact, a leavening of the world in which

find ourselves.

The great saints always have been passionately concerned with the task right at hand, with little or no

Our DSA gives us a way to live out the challenge of our faith in this Jubilee Year. It is a way to be Jesus for others and to recognize and help the Jesus in our midst. Through the DSA we are able to make Christ present to the world in a real and tangible way. I am confident that the gift you share to the DSA will make a difference in the lives of thousands of people by helping turn a troubled time into a year of the Lord's favor for us all. .
