What is Eius?
Eius is Catholic Leadership Institute’s ongoing formation service that is carefully crafted to be a guiding force in a priest’s ministry, refocusing him to the resolve of his ordination and helping him navigate a complex world of ministry.
Eius offers a unique 9-month learning experience with in-person learning, virtual discussions, one-on-one leadership coaching, and self-paced learning. Eius helps priests develop new skills, leadership practices, and perspectives about themselves, one another, and the Lord.

Foundations Track
The 3-part learning track is rooted in identity.
Phase 1: Son of the Father
Explore how your leadership is shaped by your baptismal identity, personality, values, and life experiences while also growing in emotional maturity.
Phase 2: Disciple of Jesus
Embrace your call to discipleship and mission by cultivating spiritual and relational practices for evangelization and by learning to accompany others with empathy and cultural awareness.
Phase 3: Priest of the Church
Deepen your priestly vocation and relationship with the Church, strengthen your leadership and pastoral skills, and foster healthy friendships and spiritual fatherhood.
