A Message from Susan Jandzinski, Executive Director
Foundation Golf Event on the Move
Let’s start by saying THANK YOU! Thank you for your generous and thoughtful support of Kenmore Mercy Foundation and Kenmore Mercy Hospital. Each and every donation enables the Foundation to support projects and programs, and purchase state of the art equipment to better serve our patients. We had an amazing year! We started 2018 with the dedication of the memorial bricks in the John M. Repetski Healing Garden, followed by our annual golf tournament, and finally, our A Tribute to Angels event. During each of these events, we met new friends, reminisced with old friends and got to know the people who support Kenmore Mercy Foundation and find Kenmore Mercy Hospital “a special and caring place.” We received generous gifts at the end of 2018 from the Kenmore Mercy Medical Staff, Kenmore Mercy Auxiliary, the Debra Bille and Robert Bille Trust, Kenneth L. & Katherine G. Koessler Family Foundation, Inc., and Paul and Helen Ellis Trust. We have exciting plans for 2019, so enjoy this recap of the wonderful things that happened in 2018 and what’s in store for 2019.

The Kenmore Mercy Foundation Golf Event is coming back to the States with a new date and location. This year’s tournament with be held on Monday, June 3 at Park Country Club in Williamsville. Event co-chairs, Michael Gough, MD, Daniel Paolini, and Nicholas Salvatore are excited to share this change and recommend booking a foursome early as space is limited. This event includes an 18-hole golf tournament with on course tastings and contests, and player give-a-ways. This year’s silent auction will include mobile bidding, allowing golfers to bid while they wait to tee off. The event will conclude with a sit down dinner, raffle and awards presentation. Park Country Club’s golf course was the site of the 1934 PGA Championship and was designed by the international firm of Colt and Allison, known for famous courses like Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland and Swinley Forest near London, UK.
