CAN OPEN HOUSE

This year, Catawba Apprenticeship Network held its first Open House.

Our year of “firsts” doesn’t end with the CVCC Open House. The college’s Catawba Apprenticeship Network (CAN) also held it’s first Open House event during the Spring of 2023.

Of all the students who attended Open House, 80 students enrolled in pre-apprenticeship programs in Summer ‘23, and over 40 new apprentices registered for Fall ‘23.

Plus, CAN added a record number of 30 local companies who became Apprenticeship partners, and we created 13 additions to our academic pathways for apprenticeship students. We call that a season of success! How CAN apprenticeship leave an impact on your college education?
