Ingredienti: 70 g di riso - 1 carota - 1 fetta di zucca - 1 cucchiaio di brodo vegetale - 1 cucchiaio d’olio - 2 cucchiai di parmigiano reggiano grattugiato - prezzemolo a piacere.

Lessa una carota ed una fetta di zucca e schiacciale con la forchetta. Sciogli la crema di riso nel brodo vegetale, aggiungi le verdure e fai cuocere per qualche minuto. Condisci tutto con olio, parmigiano ed un pizzico di prezzemolo. Metti il tutto in un piatto e fallo gustare al tuo piccolo.

La zucca è un ottimo ingrediente, poiché contiene potassio, fosforo e calcio, oltre alla vitamina C; mentre la carota, fonte di vitamina A per eccellenza, ha una facile digeribilità, poche calorie e contiene beta-carotene.

Ingredients: 70 g rice - 1 carrot - 1 slice pumpkin - 1 dessertspoon vegetable stock - 1 dessertspoon oil - 2 dessertspoons grated Parmesan cheese - parsley as required.

Blanch a carrot and a slice of pumpkin and then mash with a fork. Blend the cream of rice with the vegetable stock, add the vegetables and cook for a few minutes. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a pinch of parsley. Serve in a bowl and whet your little one’s appetite.

Pumpkin is an excellent ingredient as it contains potassium, phosphorous and calcium as well as vitamin C; while the carrot is a source of vitamin A “par excellence”, it is easy to digest, has only a few calories and contains beta-carotene.

Prepara al tuo bimbo una prelibatezza degna della regina.

Ingredienti: 80 g di farina - 2 uova - 40 g di cacao in polvere - 25 g di zucchero - 2 cucchiaini di lievito - 50 ml di latte 40 ml di burro fuso - ½ cucchiaino di essenza di vaniglia - 20 g di gocce al cioccolato fondente - 1 pizzico di sale.

Riscalda il forno a 180° e imburra bene uno stampo per muffin. In un recipiente versa la farina, il cacao in polvere, lo zucchero, il lievito ed un pizzico di sale. Prendi una ciotolina e mescola il latte, il burro fuso e la vaniglia. Forma una fontana nel centro del composto di farina e versa la crema di latte, mescolando fino a quando gli ingredienti si saranno appena amalgamati. L’impasto deve rimanere granuloso, quindi non lavorarlo troppo a lungo. Infine metti le gocce di cioccolato.

Versa l’impasto negli stampi, riempiendoli per ¾ ed inforna per 20-25 minuti. Prima di gustare i tuoi brit muffin ricordati di farli raffreddare!

Il latte è un ingrediente di qualità, poiché ha un buon contenuto di calcio, fosforo e potassio e anche di vitamine B1, B2 e B5.

Ingredients: 80 g flour - 2 eggs - 40 g cocoa powder - 25 g sugar - 2 teaspoons baking powder - 50 ml milk - 40 ml melted butter ½ teaspoon vanilla essence - 20 g plain chocolate drops - pinch of salt.

Heat the oven to 180° and butter a muffin tray. Put the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and the pinch of salt into a bowl. Mix the milk, melted butter and vanilla essence together in a separate bowl. Create a well in the middle of the flour mixture and pour in the liquid and mix until the ingredients have blended together. The mixture must contain some granules so do not mix for too long. Finally, add the chocolate drops. Pour the mixture into the moulds, fill them to ¾ full and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Before tasting your Brit muffins, remember to let them cool!

Ingredienti: verdure miste - 2 cucchiai di parmigiano grattugiato - 1 cucchiaio d’olio.

Taglia delle verdure a dadini. Falle bollire per 30 minuti e a cottura avvenuta, travasa il tutto in un recipiente, mantenendo l’acqua di cottura. Poi trita per circa 10 secondi in modo da ottenere una crema. Versa in un piattino e aggiungi del parmigiano grattugiato con un filo d’olio. Amalgama bene e bon appètit ai piccoli buongustai.

Il parmigiano è ricco di beta-carotene e di vitamina A, importanti per la crescita e per la formazione di anticorpi.

Fai conoscere al tuo piccolo un must della Grande Mela.

Ingredienti: 140 g di farina - 220 g di zucchero semolato - 2 uova - 100 g di burro - 50 g di cioccolato fondente 1 bustina di vaniglia - 100 g di noci tritate.

Fai sciogliere il burro a bagnomaria. Successivamente, toglilo dal fuoco e aggiungi lo zucchero. Lascia raffreddare il tutto.

Poi unisci le uova una per volta e frulla il tutto. Aggiungi la farina, le noci e mescola tutto. Fodera di alluminio una teglia già precedentemente imburrata, versa il composto e metti a cuocere in un forno già caldo per circa 30 minuti. Sforna e lascia raffreddare, presentando il tutto in delle forme quadrate.

Il cioccolato fondente contiene proteine, magnesio e anche vitamina A, B1 e C.
