Automatically start earning points as soon as you place an order via TMD Connect. We’ll take care of the rest.
EARNING POINTS
Members will earn 1.5 MAX Points for every $1 spent on Trade Member Direct. Points will accumulate per member, (not per store), and be stored in your MAX Rewards account, ready for you to redeem.
PENDING POINTS VS EARNED POINTS
Your MAX points will show as pending until your account has been paid off. Once this payment has been finalised your points will then change from a pending status to an earned status, ready for you to redeem.

Every month you will receive an email from info@maxrewards.com.au which will include your MAX Points Statement, any exclusive promotions that can earn you Bonus MAX Points, and exciting new products and experiences you can redeem your MAX Points on.
REDEEM POINTS AND ENJOY YOUR REWARDS

REDEEM YOUR MAX POINTS
Once you have accumulated enough points, members can visit the MAX Rewards Catalogue and follow the below steps, or the on-screen prompts to choose their rewards.
Select “Rewards” from the top menu of your MAX Rewards Account and browse through a wide range of categories such as; Travel, Technology and Electronics, Home, Gifting, Giving Back and more.
If you see a reward that you like, you can click on it to view more details or add to cart. Each reward listing will indicate the number of MAX Points required for redemption.
Once all the rewards you wish to redeem have been added to your cart you can proceed with the checkout process. Make sure you check over your order and ensure the delivery details are correct, as refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted. Your MAX Points will be deducted from your balance once the order has been confirmed. Delivery of your reward can take up 28 days, subject to product availability and postal services. 1 2 3 4 5
