APARTMENT RENOVATION

CarriedoutbyalocalarchitecturestudioinFlorence, Italy where the main objective was to completely renovate an existing apartment, improving its facilities and creating a modern and functional interiordesign.

Thesurveyingofthepropertywasmadecompletely with a laser scanner, and translated into AutoCAD, andRevit.

The interior design was completely redesigned, implementingclassicandmodernobjects.

Aspartoftheteaminthisproject,myroleinvolved handling the manual survey of the apartment, producing detailed plans, creating 3D renders, attending meetings with the client, and coordinating technical meetings with the different professionals involved in the project. Additionally, I wasresponsibleforselectingandsourcingmaterials, ensuring that they met the project's requirements andstandards.

HIGH END “VILLA TOSCANA”

Carried out in Tuscany, Italy, by a local architecture studio. The objective was to create a luxury Tuscan villa by revaluing an existing property, which was in ruins. After studying the existing, the team planned toreconstructallexteriorwallsandwindowstotheir original state. A new interior layout was also proposed to make the most of the available space. The new use assigned for this property was a high-end Tuscan villa with eight bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms,aheatedswimmingpool,elevator,living room,kitchen,anddiningroom.

As a member of the team, my responsibilities included performing a laser scan survey, reconstructing original plans, and developing the design concept. I also attended online and face-to-facemeetingswiththeclient,whowasfrom theUnitedStates.Iwasinvolvedinvisitingsuppliers with the client, creating 3D images, studying and developingthelandscapingproject.

The end result was an elegant space that honored the property's historical significance while incorporatingmodernamenitiesandfunctionality.

COUNTRYSIDE HOUSE

Carried out in Rosario, Argentina by a local architecture studio. Where we were tasked with constructingaresidentialhousefromscratchwithin a private neighborhood. The materials used for construction were clay brick and concrete, and the entireexteriorfacadeofthehousewascoveredwith frontmaterial.Fortheroof,classictileswereselected.

As a team member, my responsibilities included creating blueprints, calculating materials, placing material orders, visiting the construction site, attending meetings with the client, and requesting quotes. Throughout the project, we maintained regular communication with the client, visited the construction site regularly, and coordinated with suppliers and contractors to ensure the project was completed on time and within budget. The result was a successful project that not only met the client's expectations but also showcased the skills andexpertiseoftheteam.

NEIGHBORHOOD REDEVELOPMENT

This urban design project I worked on in Rosario, Argentina involved conducting an urban study of a specific area in the city for a client who needed approval from the council to make changes to the city'surbanplan.

Mymaintasksinthisprojectincludedconductinga survey of the area, creating a 3D model and rendering of the site, and developing an urban designproposalforthespecifiedarea.

Theproposalincludedbothpublicandprivateuses, such as a park and recreational areas for the community.

To develop the proposal, I conducted extensive research on the area's existing conditions, including infrastructure,landuse,anddemographicdata.

The final proposal included plans for land use, transportation, and infrastructure. The project requiredclosecollaborationwiththeclientandother professionals to ensure that the proposed changes were both practical and feasible within the city's broaderurbanplan.Thispresentationalsoincludeda walk-throughvideo.
