Welcome to the fifth edition of the Casum Awards, to discover the products that represent excellence in design.

A total of 64 awards for the best products presented in 2023 at Salone del Mobile.Milano, FuoriSalone and Cersaie and chosen by Casum, as always in an independent and authorially curated way. Very different products, but all characterized by a strong dose of personality and a rigorous approach to design.

Among the product categories of this edition – furniture, bathroom, kitchen, lighting, accessories, textiles, finishes

and coverings – there are absolute novelties standing out and re-editions that are back on the scene, by designers ranging from Patricia Urquiola and Christian Haas to Nanda Vigo and Ignazio Gardella. Furthermore, from architecture studios, such as Foster + Partners and Norm Architects, to interior ones, such as Fabio Fantolino and Marcante-Testa, to those specialized in product design, such as Konstantin Grcic and Zanellato/Bortotto. A visual journey through the best of the current design panorama, among products, brands and designers.

Casum Awards 2023

The key concept for Casum is selection. Independent and authorially curated selection of brands, products and trends, since its foundation in 2015.

Casum Awards were born in 2017 precisely to complete this mission, selecting every year the best of the best among design products, by worldwide brands and designers. The winning products are chosen at Casum's unquestionable judgement among the novelties, new re-editions or important updates presented at Salone del

Mobile.Milano, FuoriSalone and Cersaie each year.

The winners are products with the best design: the basic criteria are personality and formal rigour, to which are added relationship with the past, use of materials and innovation. The result is a balanced and qualitative vision. These products are real condensations of different design approaches and visual imageries, but all together they tell the story of the current design panorama, forming an annual longlist for future icons.
