More than 10,500 members are signed up for one of our off-peak programs, allowing us to control certain heating equipment in their homes, providing them with an off-peak rate that is nearly half of the regular rate.

OUTAGE INFO VIEW OUTAGE DETAILS Check our live outage viewer with the Cass County Electric app or at CassCountyElectric.com.

REPORT AN OUTAGE It is important that each outage is reported. Our outage management system helps us identify outages and respond to them quickly. To report a power outage, call 701-356-4499 or 888-277-4424. Our power control technicians may be managing the outage and will be unable to answer the phone. In this situation, our interactive voice response system will register your account information for our technicians to review. You can also use our app, by clicking on report an issue on the bottom of the Home Screen.

RECEIVE OUTAGE NOTIFICATIONS If you have an email and cell phone number listed on your account, we will send you email and text notifications for both planned and unplanned outages affecting your account.

If there is an outage affecting more than 350 members, we will do our best to keep you updated on Facebook. Please do not report an outage on Facebook, as we do not monitor it 24/7, report it using one of the options listed above.

SHARE THE HOLIDAY SPIRIT WITH A SENIOR! Be a Santa to a Senior by Home Instead Senior Care identifies seniors in our area that may be lonely or financially challenged and coordinates the purchase and delivery of a holiday gift.

This year, Cass County Electric Cooperative is partnering with Home Instead to help make the holidays special for local seniors that otherwise may not receive a gift.

Here’s how you can help: • Visit Cass County Electric Cooperative at 4100 32nd Ave S, Fargo • Remove a bulb with the senior’s gift request from the tree in our lobby.

• Purchase the requested gift(s) listed on the bulb.

• Place the bulb and unwrapped gift(s) in the designated box by Monday, December 9, 2019.
