Rancher Butcher Chef Tasting Menu for Eight Rancher Butcher Chef (RBC) is a modern steakhouse and butcher counter in Northwest Crossing. RBC brings robust flavors representing Oregon's ranches with an eclectic menu, a festive dining room and world class service to Bend OR. Serving dinner seven days a week. RBC offers a unique dining experience unlike any other in the area with a focus on shared plates, playful cocktails and an old world wine list.

Rancher Butcher Chef Tasting Menu- In support of Cascade School of Music, eight lucky guests will be invited to experience an RBC feast at its finest, starting off with welcome cocktails then moving into a multi-course family style meal of our signature dishes including house charcuterie, cedar planked salmon, and a variety of steaks and sides complete with wine pairing and dessert. In this bright 6,000 sq. . tri-level hacienda you'll be treated to all the comforts of a high-end hotel, including beautifully decorated rooms, hotel-grade linens, and a variety of luxurious amenities. The home's private, heated saltwater pool overlooks the private beach just steps from your door.

With six spacious bedrooms and seven luxurious bathrooms, Casa Amigos is perfect for large groups. Five of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds, ensuring everyone has plenty of space to stretch out and relax.

Dessert Dash Do you love delectable treats, giving to a great cause, and sprinting like a crazy person? Then you'll love our live auction Dessert Dash! Simply complete the Dessert Dash card at your table before the auction starts. The table with the highest bid will “dash” first.

Dessert Dash Rules l Each table will have a “Dessert Dash Bidder’s Card.” l On the bidder's card, enter your bidder number and bid amount. l Once everyone has put their bid on the card, total the amount

and add it in the total box. There will be a runner coming around to each table to collect the cards before dinner is over. l The dessert dash take place during the live auction. The auctioneer

will announce the table with the highest bid amount to start and then call the next highest until all the tables that placed bids have been called. l Once your table number is announced,

your Dessert Dasher will run (The more animated, the better time the rest of us have watching!) to the dessert table and pick the dessert of their choice… hopefully your bid was high enough to get the dessert of your choice! l Carefully bring the dessert back to the

table… and yes, you have to share!

Seaside Serenity Retreat: A Yachats Haven Enjoy three nights at the Sea O er House, a privately owned home in Overleaf Village on the edge of Yachats on the Oregon Coast. The Village is a picturesque planned community of beach co ages and homes featuring lush landscaping, easy access to the ocean and Overleaf Lodge and Spa. The home is about 100 yards from the beach and the 804 trail, and a four-hour drive from Bend.

Details: Living area: The living room has plenty of seating, a TV and stereo system, and gas fireplace. There is a fully outfi ed kitchen and dining room, with a table that seats 6-8 and kitchen island bar with two stools. There is also a half bath and mud room/laundry.

Outdoor space: The front porch is perfect for a ernoon reading, while the back porch is complete with a charcoal grill and hose for washing off sand. There is also a sunny upper deck and parking for two cars.

Three bedrooms: Lovely first floor master bedroom with king bed, adjoining full bath, double sinks, and jacuzzi tub.

Upstairs family bedroom with king bed, window nook bed (single), and trundle bed (single).
