I dedicate my involvement with CASA of Los Angeles to my mom, Gail Pfeifer. I grew up with support, stability, and safety and feel like the wealthiest daughter in the world in terms of love. With so many less fortunate, it's easy to forget that it takes only one voice to stand up for a child. Thank you for standing up tonight to support our mission of providing as many at-risk foster youth with the critical advocacy of a CASA volunteer. And thank you to my Mom for teaching me what unconditional love and support feels like.
