When Casall PRO carries out the installation, we ensure that the equipment is delivered and installed professionally. We make sure the equipment is fully functional and ready to use at the time of handover. Our team of skilled and qualified technicians plans and executes the installation from start to finish.
Our project manager will serve as your main point of contact and will get in touch with you to coordinate the installation. They will gather information about the layout of each facility and delivery logistics. This ensures that you are kept informed throughout the project and that we share a clear vision of the completed installation and what is needed for it to function optimally.
Once the installation is completed, we will go through the equipment with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. We also provide instructions regarding proper use and maintenance.
The Casall PRO service team offers maintenance and service of fitness equipment, both for products we have delivered and for other brands and models. All fitness machines require regular inspections. We help ensure your equipment operates correctly and prevent major damage before it occurs.
