MISSION STATEMENT

Casady School develops excellence, confidence, and integrity in students and prepares them with the skills and knowledge that serve as the foundation for success.

Our Beliefs

We believe an exceptional education should cultivate those habits of mind and character that enable individuals to flourish at each stage of life. Casady School’s proven college-preparatory curriculum focuses on the full development of each student, in mind, body, and spirit.

We believe the mind should be nourished and developed; therefore, our academic program provides our students the challenges and opportunities necessary to develop critical and creative thinking skills, the ability to plan, evaluate and implement actions, and most importantly, the support to nurture their passions.

We believe competitive athletics and physical education are central to the development of leadership and teamwork as well as self-confidence and respect for others. Our students are participants rather than simply spectators. Casady provides healthy and competitive opportunities that are critical to developing an appreciation for wellness and fitness in each student.

We believe strong spiritual and moral values provide an essential foundation for one’s life; therefore, the School provides instruction in the basic tenets of the Christian faith as expressed in the Episcopal tradition. Central to the School are daily Chapel services and instruction in theology and ethics. Casady embraces individuals regardless of belief and values an understanding of all faiths.

As such, we help our students succeed by challenging and supporting them in every aspect of their educational experience. The result is that our students are given every opportunity to realize their potential and use it to make a difference in their community.

Cyclone Booster Club (CBC) is the athletic booster for Casady School and was founded in 2011. Our mission is to support all athletic and physical education programs at Casady School in order to promote school spirit, character development, and enthusiasm for competition and physical activity.

It is our intent to continue to improve school spirit and enthusiasm for athletics, not only for our studentathletes, but for parents and the Casady Community as a whole. Ways you can help…

• Become a Sponsor of the Cyclone Sports Guide with a recognition for your business.

• Become a Booster Club Member and help us raise money for new equipment just with your membership dollars that go towards the highest priority need.

• Simply attend more Casady sporting events to cheer on and support our student-athletes. It’s an experience they will never forget.

We have a few changes to the Booster Club this coming year. Please take a look at the benefits for each membership level, as they have changed. We have added Booster Club branded gifts for several levels. VIP Parking is available as a benefit to Super Cyclone ($1000) and Hall of Fame ($2000) memberships as demand has greatly outweighed availability. Sports Guides will be printed in the fall and also made available digitally for the remainder of the year.

Giving Together Growing Together

At Casady, our Annual Fund is made up of hundreds of individual gifts, large and small. These donations provide the funds necessary to ensure the School maintains its high level of excellence in education and program offerings. We count on the philanthropic support from parents, alumni, grandparents, parents of alumni, faculty, staff, and friends.

Learn more about Casady’s Annual Fund or make a gift online: www.casady.org/annualfund

The Casady Annual Fund is an investment with infinite returns; an investment critical to making Casady a special place for every student.

1. Your support makes a difference.

2. Annual Fund donations support the general operations of our School, and they are vital to our success.

3. We rely on our Annual Fund campaign to meet our budget every year.

4. Strong participation in our Annual Fund helps us leverage support from foundations, corporations, and other generous donors.

5. Enhanced programs are essential to the overall development of the curriculum, spanning from academics to athletics to the arts and beyond.

At Casady, every parent is more than just a part of the community—they're an essential member of the Casady Parents' Organization (CPO), a group that has been thriving for more than 50 incredible years.

Together, we've logged over 100,000 volunteer hours in the last decade alone. That's the equivalent of more than 11 years of non-stop service, all dedicated to making our School truly exceptional!

The CPO isn't just about giving back—it's about building up. Our mission is to support Casady School through service and fundraising, and we've done just that. With more $3 million raised and gifted to Casady through Concessions, Cupboard, Auction, Mahjong, and other events and activities, we've earned our place among the top 10 donors in the School's history!

The funds we raise go directly back to where they're needed most. From purchasing state of the art classroom resources and supporting professional development of our incredible faculty to fueling the Annual Fund, the impact of our efforts extends school-wide. The most unique and rewarding part, though, is the ability to be active participants in our children's experiences and the close-knit camaraderie that makes the Casady Community so special.
