Beyond The Crown Former Miss Lino Lakes Ambassadors have lived and traveled all over the world, come from a variety of backgrounds, have a wide array of personality types, participate in a variety of hobbies, and have taken a number of different paths in life. Becoming a Miss Lino Lakes Ambassador brings you into a network of successful and unique women who each bring something special to the group of past ambassadors. Beyond volunteerism, community involvement and development of communication skills, becoming a Miss Lino Lakes Ambassador provides a myriad of networking opportunities that you might not otherwise have had.
Candidacy Candidates will have opportunities to experience various events and activities which focus on personal growth, professional development, and community involvement. Three ambassadors are selected each year from amongst the candidates and represent Blue Heron Days and the city of Lino Lakes for one year at various events including parades, coronations, Lino Lakes Park and Recreation activities, and other volunteer service opportunities. Each ambassador will receive an educational scholarship to the school of her choice at the end of her reign.
Eligible Candidates Must: •Live, work, worship or have attended school in the Centennial school district (Centerville, Circle Pines, Columbus Township, Lexington, and Lino Lakes) •Be between the ages of 17-22 by January 1, 2020 •Never have been married, pregnant, and have no children •Be available to attend several candidate experience events during the summer of 2019 •Obtain $250 in sponsorship fees from a local business or businesses (assistance will be provided!) •Have a desire to develop professional skills, volunteer experience, friendships, and memories to last a lifetime •Pay a $25 registration fee to cover costs of a candidate shirt and a candidate experience souvenir

Bronze/Candidate Sponsor ($250)
Elect to sponsor a candidate! Your name will be connected with your candidate from orientation through coronation. Your name will appear on her sash, on her candidate float name card, and in our coronation program and on our website.
