2. TARGET MARKET

Move up buyer / move down buyer. Target specific people who will be interested in your home. (Specific key searches, family type)

3. REVERSE PROSPECTING

Through the MLS we can contact brokers or clients who have viewed the listing.

4. SECOND TARGET MARKET

Additional Facebook Instagram & Google posts, (Ex: Ads, videos) Targeting new demographic.

5. BROKER TO BROKER NETWORKING

If broker has shown the home to clients, we will contact those brokers. Review your position in the market.
