I have an extensive involvement in design and planning with years of experience in the field of Architecture and Interior Design. I am passionate and dedicated with strong attention to details. I am highly organized, collaborative and with a good sense of ownership treating every project as my own. GREENHILLS SHOPPING CENTER – REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Location: SAN JUAN CITY, Philippines
A re-development project of an existing shopping center complex resting on a 15 hectare property. The project was divided into multiple phases to allow continuous operation. My involvement scope includes master planning, demolition plans, traffic re-routing, multiple interim and new buildings, all in collaboration with other consultants.
As part of the design team, I represented LMZ Architects and attended regular coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers from design conceptualization through to construction. I monitored the progress and made sure of quality implementation.
As head of production in LMZ Architects, I managed and programmed the work. I scheduled and delegated tasks to expedite delivery and monitored the quality of construction documents. I drew up the main plans and major details including 3d visualization. I processed RFI’s , RFA’s and shop drawings during construction. I guided my team of designers and learn from them as well.

A traditional style private residence within an exclusive subdivision. I attended meetings with the clients and the principal Architect LMZ, and made sure we got their vision accurately. I headed the design & production team, managed and programmed the work. I conceptualized the initial plans and 3D visualization for presentation and worked on details for construction. I scheduled and delegated tasks. I guided my design team in producing accurate construction details. I processed shop drawings and conducted regular site inspection to ensure proper implementation.
