GENERAL MANAGER UPDATE FROM DAVID NORTH

The heat is on, and we are BUSY ! The pool and the Coach House have truly become the ultimate hangout spots.

The new f itness / wellness center on the third floor is expected to be completed by July 21st. It's looking really good! All construction is set to f inish by the end of July. Please note that with the completion of construction, the initiation fee will increase. Any membership applications received after July 31st, 2025, will be subject to the new, higher fees.

Membership Fees: After July 31, 2021

Regular: f rom $15,000 increased to $18,000 Young Associate: f rom $10,000 to $10,800 60% of Regular initiation fee

Dual: From $10,000 to $12,600

New Senior: $10,000

Non-Resident: f rom $3,000 to $3,600

Our membership currently exceeds 650, and if it continues to grow, the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors will reevaluate the situation when we approach a membership number of 675. They may consider increasing the initiation fees again or implementing a waitlist, or potentially both.

I want to thank all our members for their patience and understanding during the renovation of the Coach House construction project. I look for ward to the end of the month when we expect it to be fully completed. We have set a high standard and created an environment that we can all take great pride in. Thanks for wearing shoes and covers in the coach house, ever yone, even the kids, has been great to follow the rules. (When they see me)

The ball is rolling, and the Board will be focusing on our next project soon. See you at the club, David Nor th
