Medically speaking what I had was a case of kyphosis and lordosis going on at the same time
A lot of people have some degree of kyphosis today It’s sometimes called “roundback” or in bad cases even “hunchback” It’s the rounding of the upper back and it’s pretty common in today’s world due to looking down at cell phones so much
Lordosis is sometimes called “swayback”. A lot of mothers have it after child birth. It’s basically the inward rounding of the lower back. It makes your butt and stomach look like they stick out.
If you’re like me and you have some degree of roundback or swayback your spine is not in it’s natural S-curve
