OFFICIAL NOTICE Central Electric Membership Corporation 2021 Annual Member Meeting Oct. 1, 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Annual Member Meeting of Central Electric Membership Corporation will be held via livestream at 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 1, 2021. The following matters will be considered and acted upon: • The reports of officers, directors and committees; • The election of three directors in the cooperative’s districts; and • All other business which may come before the meeting. The following members were nominated for directors by the Nominating Committee: • District 1: Tommy Dalrymple • District 2: W. Phillip Thompson • District 3: Dr. Nancy Holmes The election of directors is for a term of three years.
