FAQ’s
June 8-July 24 (M/T/W/F) 7:45-8:45 am
June 8-July 24 (M/T/W/F) 6-7:30 am
Q My swimmer ages up in the middle of the season How do I know which team is for them?
A The team is based on your swimmer’s age by December 1 for the Winter Season, and June 1 for the Summer Team For example, if your swimmer is 10, and turns 11 before December or June 1, then you will enroll them in the 11+ team If your swimmer turns 11 after either of those dates, then you enroll them for the 10&U team
Q Do you offer payment plans?
A Payment plans are available and will be charged on the first of every month If you choose to do a payment plan, the only thing due at registration will be the $100 Volunteer Deposit
Q. What is the Volunteer Deposit?
A The Volunteer Deposit is a $100 fee assessed to every family enrolled You will have the $100 returned to you at the end of the season if you volunteer for at least 4 half-meets throughout the season This fee is per family, not per swimmer If your family has two swimmers the fee is still only $100
Q. Does it cost money to register for a meet?
A No! All costs for the entire season (excluding strokes clinics) are included in your Dolphins payment Throughout the season, the Dolphins do occasionally do Fundraising events, but donations to these events are optional
Q Does my swimmer have to compete in every meet?
A No A minimum of 3 meets is required to qualify for Divisionals, but otherwise meets are optional
Q My swimmer is going to miss occasional practices due to prior commitments. What is the make-up policy?
A There are no make-ups due to missed practices Swimmers will not be penalized for missed practices, unless they are excessive and may affect how many events a swimmer is eligible for in a meet
