Payments

Registrants are required to either pay in full or enroll in a payment plan and complete an Automatic Payment Request form at the time of registration If enrolling in a payment plan, payments for trips are withdrawn from the account listed on the Automatic Payment Request form on the payment due date for each trip If a due date has passed, you may still enroll in the trip if space is available, payment is then due at registration Enroll in the waitlist for a trip any time at no fee

Trip Cancellations

Participants must understand that depending upon the particular activity, certain risks, dangers and injuries due to acts of God, inclement weather, slips and falls, inadequate or defective equipment, inadequate supervision or instruction, premises defects, carelessness, horseplay, vehicle accidents and all other circumstances inherent to recreational activities/programs exist In this regard, it must be recognized that it is impossible for the Carol Stream Park District to guarantee absolute safety.
