2. With a spatula, turn the burger over and prepare it for another 2 minutes; 3. Add the slices of cheeder cheese and wait another 2 minutes, so that it melts evenly; 4. Remove the burger with the cheese and set it aside.

5. Cut the bread in half and place them on the heated griddle until they get golden; 6. Remove them from the griddle and separate them with the top turned; 7. Put the burger patty in it and pinch the first seasoning, then turn it, pinch it on the other one, until you’ve used them all; Cut the dates into small pieces; Fry the burgers to taste: rare, medium or welldone!

BURGER: 1. Mix the sliced red onion, garlic, grated ginger, ground cumin, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper and a pinch of salt.

2. Heat a frying pan with olive oil over medium-high heat.

3. Grill the Seara Gourmet Tradicional burger.

4. Add a few slices of feta cheese on top to melt.

5. When it's ready, cover it with the spice mixture and place it on the burger bun.

KELEWELE: 1. In a large bowl, mix cubes of plantain with cayenne pepper, grated ginger and salt, making sure the plantains are coated with the spices.

2. Heat a pan with vegetable oil over medium-high heat for frying.

3. When the oil is hot, add the banana cubes and fry them until golden and crispy. Drain the excess oil on paper towels.

CHERMOULA SAUCE: 1. Heat the canola oil in a small frying pan over medium heat.

Then add the chopped garlic and sauté until it begins to brown.

Add the ancho powder, cumin powder and black pepper.

2. Cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly, until the spices are well incorporated, and the sauce is fragrant.

3. Remove from heat and let cool.

4. Serve the Chermoula sauce as an accompaniment to the African burger.

Chefs’ Tips

Sauce Variation: In addition to Chermoula Sauce, you can try other African sauces, such as Peri-Peri sauce (made with chili peppers), to add a spicy kick to the burger.

Choosing Plantains: Choose ripe yet firm plantains for the Kelewele.

Overly ripe plantains can become mushy during frying.

Chefs’ Tips Do not steam for more than five minutes. This is the ideal time to maintain nutrients and ensure crunchiness to the food.

Method of Preparation ESFIHA: 1. Dissolve the yeast in the sugar, add the warm milk and the rest of the ingredients; 2. Make balls and set aside; 3. Saute the hamburger with garlic, onion, Advieh and salt; 4. After sauteing, add parsley and chopped tomatoes (without seeds) and a pinch of pepper; 5. Chefs’ Tips: The filling of the esfiha usually has to be softer, a tip would be to add cottage cheese in the burger already ground; Homus tahine - the chickpea paste is a great accompaniment to esfiha; Letting the dough rest before preparing it can also help prevent the spaghetti dough from opening.

1. Put the hamburguer to roast together with saffron; 2. Cut the tomato and onion; 3. Put the meat in the bun; 4. Put the tomato, onion, ketchup and honey mustard on top of the hamburger meat; 5. Add gergelim on the bun; 6. Enjoy your hamburger.

Chefs’ Tips COOK IN THE IRON STILLET ON THE TOP OF THE BARBECUE Do not put the meat directly on the grill, but cook in a hot iron skillet resting on top of the barbecue. So you can better control the point and the juice of the meat does not drip down the grill.

THE CHOICE OF CHEESE If you like Swiss cheese, gouda or cheddar, you can use it. But nothing melts on top of the meat like American cheese.

ATTENTION TO COOKING Once the crust has formed on the surface of the burger, then you can flip it over to fry the other side. If you do it before the crust forms, the burger can disassemble. To help you even more, know that it takes about 3 minutes for this crust to form.

DO NOT SQUEEZE THE PATTY Pressing a burger constantly while it's cooking causes it to lose a lot of juice. Only do this in case you're cooking a smashed burger. Even so, squeeze it only once, as soon as you put the ball of meat inside the frying pan. Then stop.

Method of Preparation

ONIGIRI: 1. Rinse the rice until the water is almost clear and let it rest in water for 30 minutes.

2. Cook the rice in a pot with water, vinegar, sugar, and salt for 15 minutes on low heat.

3. Let the rice rest for an additional 10 minutes with the lid on.

4. Remove the rice from the pot and mold it into triangles while still warm.

5. Fill the center with cubed, cooked Seara Gourmet Frango Crispy burger.

6. Squeeze the onigiri tightly so that they hold their shape.

Method of Preparation 1.Wash the vegetables, cut some cabbage leaves, cut other vegetables roughly (with large cuts) in a rectangular shape, don’t cut the onion, put it whole.

2. Season the vegetables (except tomatoes and onions) with salt, black pepper and smoke powder.​

3. Defrost the burger and place it on the barbecue place with salt and black pepper, add the other vegetables and remove the tomato and cabbage leaves after 1 or 2 minutes, also add the other vegetables for 5 minutes (add the whole onion), and the burger flips for 10 to 15 minutes and leaves for more time on the other side.​ 4. Butter the bread and seal it by placing on the grill for 1 minute. Cut the onion and assemble your burger in the order you prefer, top with ketchup.​

Chefs’ Tips Use a barbecue place;​ Slice the pieces after roast;​ You can put more spices or ingredients if you want.​ Use a medium fire in the barbecue place.​

⏱️23 min 🍽️ 2 porções List of Ingredients 1x Seara Gourmet Gran Angus Burger; 3x Spoon tomato sauce; 1x Fresh tomatos; 4x Pita bread; 2x Cups yogurt; 2tbsp butter, spices and mint; Lemons, cucumber and onions to taste.

1x Green pepper; 2x Leaves mint; 1x Cups of soap of paprika; 2x Nutmeg.

Method of Preparation 1. Take the Angus Burguer out of the freezer when it is hard enough to cut it in four pieces.

2. Grill a few slices of green peppers, tomatoes and onions on a baking sheet.

3. Cook the hamburger in that baking sheet with the lid closed. Add the butter, salt and pepper to the pan and fry. For the sauce, add grated tomatoes and season with salt and spices.

4. Cook until the tomatoes are cooked and very bright. Add hot water and cook it.

Chefs’ Tips Cook the meet in the same baking sheet as the pepper and onions were grilled!

Melt and sizzle more butter and mint on top of the Iskender kebab right before your serve, and enjoy it!

Method of Preparation

1. Season burgers with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

2. In a frying pan, heat half the oil, add the onion, garlic and carrots (Let braise for 5 minutes).

3. Add lemon in triangles, cumin and mint leaves. Let it cook for 3 minutes and add the sliced green olives.

4. Bring water to boil along with the saffron, seasoned with the remaining salt.

5. Place the couscous in a bowl, pour in the boiling water, mix. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.

6. Drain the grain and wrap it in the couscous along with the sultanas and the remaining chopped mint and almonds.

7. Grill the burgers in a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 3 minutes on each side.

8. Serve the burgers with the couscous and the onion and olive mixture.

Chefs’ Tips Rustic potatoes are a great accompaniment to the dish, as they bring a very artisanal and homemade touch. In addition to giving a special touch to the food.

Method of Preparation

1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Make sure all ingredients are mixed well.

2. Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal parts and form burgers of the desired size.

3. Preheat the grill or a non-stick frying pan over mediumhigh heat.

4. Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked to taste.

5. While the burgers are grilling, prepare the ginger and coriander sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, grated ginger, chopped cilantro, soy sauce, and lime juice. Reservation.

6. When the burgers are ready, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.

7. Assemble the burgers: place a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on the burger bun, add the burger and drizzle with the ginger and coriander sauce.

Method of Preparation 1. Heat a grill or non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.

2. When hot, grill the burgers for about 4 to 6 minutes on each side (or until cooked to your liking). Turn only once to prevent them from losing their juiciness.

3. While the burgers are grilling, prepare the side dishes: 4. Cut the baguette in half and place the slices of Parmesan cheese on one of the halves. Then put it in the oven for a few minutes so that the cheese melts slightly.

5. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

6. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.

7. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with the pinch of Quatre Epices.

8. Remove the burgers from the heat and assemble the sandwich: place the burgers on the baguette half with the melted cheese, add the lettuce leaves and tomato slices.

9. Drizzle the sandwich with the olive oil and Quatre Epices sauce.

10. Cut the sandwich into smaller pieces and serve immediately.

Chefs’ Tips Assemble your sandwich with 1 or 2 patties of hamburger, melted cheese and fried onions.

Middle East Kebab ⏱️23 min 🍽️ 2 porções List of Ingredients KEBAB 2 cases of Seara Gourmet Gran Angus Hamburgers 2 tablespoons lemon juice half a teaspoon of Syrian pepper 1 pinch of salt 1 tablespoon of oil 8 pieces of pita bread, cut in half 16 small lettuce leaves SAUCE: 250 ml of natural yogurt; 1 clove of garlic; 1 drizzle of olive oil; 60g of cucumber; Salt, black pepper and parsley to taste; Juice of 1 small lemon.

Method of Preparation 1. First prepare the yogurt sauce: put the yogurt, mint, seasoning and salt in a small bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

2. Then in a large bowl, add the meat, lemon juice, pepper, seasoning and salt and mix.

Cover and place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes.

3. To prepare the kebab: place the oil in a large frying pan (27 cm in diameter) and heat over a high heat. Gradually add the meat and fry, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes, or until the meat is golden brown. Remove from the heat and set aside.

4. Fill the buns with the garlic sauce, lettuce and meat and serve.

Chefs’ Tips CHOOSE THE HAMBURGER Traditionally, kebab is made with lamb, chicken or beef. Choose your favorite meat and cut it into small pieces. Especially if you want to choose a brand, choose Seara Gourmet’s hamburger.

COOK ON THE GRILL Preheat the grill and cook the kebab until the meat is browned and cooked inside, turning them regularly. The taste is better when you cook on the grill. So, here's the tip!

6 - Close the burgers and serve immediately.

Method of Preparation SEARA GOURMET FRANGO CRISPY 1. Heat the frying pan to 180° C and put enough oil to cover the crispy chicken; 2. Add the crispy chicken 6 to 7 minutes and turn in half the time; 3. Use a spatula to remove the chicken of the pan; 4. Put a paper to absorb the oil of the chicken.
