A Message From the Executive Director As we welcome clients we realize that almost everyone who comes through our door is fighting a battle. Many may even have doubts about their own value as a person. At Caring Choices, we believe in the value of every life—not just the life of the unborn child, but also the lives of the women and men who we serve. Each person carries a unique story, often marked by challenges, fears, and wounds. We are here to offer more than just resources; we offer compassion, hope, and the love of Christ. Each day we are blessed to witness the transformative power of God’s love at work. When a woman walks through our doors, she may be overwhelmed by fear, confusion, or pain. Whether she’s facing an unplanned pregnancy or carrying the hidden wounds of a past abortion, we meet her with compassion, truth, and practical support. From pregnancy tests and ultrasounds to parenting classes and emotional care, we let her know she is not alone—and never beyond hope. It is wonderful when we get to celebrate the wins with our clients. We are so proud of one of our moms who we walked with through her pregnancy and beyond. Her daughter is now a toddler, and she is doing a great job as a mom. She recently came in excited to tell us she just earned her certified nursing assistant accreditation. She is grateful to God and also wanted us to know how much our support has meant to her. Fathers matter too. Often men are overlooked in the conversation about pregnancy and parenting. That’s why we offer mentorship and support designed just for them. We help dads find their voice, embrace their role, and become the protectors and providers God created them to be. Strong fathers help build strong families. We recently had a dad who didn’t want his girlfriend to have an abortion, but she was planning on it. When asked if he had talked with his girlfriend he said not really, it’s her choice. We encouraged him to share his feelings because it could make a difference. Well, it did make a difference! Knowing he wanted the baby and would be there to support her gave her the courage to chose life! Many who come to us carry deep emotional and spiritual wounds. We offer a safe place to talk, to cry, and to heal. Through our post-abortion healing programs, Bible studies, and one-on-one support, we’ve seen the Lord bind up broken hearts and set people free. As Psalm 147:3 beautifully declares: “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” This verse isn’t just our hope—it’s our mission. We see it being played out, one life at a time. We are an extension of the Body of Christ, serving the mission field in our own backyard. With your support we are able to reach the lost, serve the broken, and bring awareness about the sanctity of life and how valuable each person is in the eyes of our Creator and Lord. Together, we are offering real choices and eternal hope. Thank you for standing with us—for life, for love, and for the hearts He is healing.
