A Message From the Executive Director

I love this season of Thanksgiving because we have so much to be thankful for. I am grateful to have been here at Caring Choices for a year now It warms my heart to see all of you who share in our desire to care for moms and dads who are dealing with an unplanned pregnancy, or who are struggling to provide and care for their family. The struggle is real. There are difficult decisions to be made, but we are here to offer support and the love of Jesus to help people navigate through the rough waters they may find themselves treading in. Sometimes just knowing that somebody cares and will be there to walk with them, to offer good biblical counsel, to give them accurate information about their choices, and to provide them with real material support, is enough to help them take a fresh look at their situation. Also, knowing that we will be there for them no matter what they decide, can bring them back even if they do choose abortion. We want them to know that our Lord gave His life on the cross so that we all can be forgiven of our sins, and we want them to experience the love and healing that comes from understanding what our Lord has done for us This is something we ALL have to be thankful for!

In John 10:10-11 Jesus said “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.” This is the Lord we serve! He is in us, and we are in Him. As we, His body, work together to do His will, He is always there to guide and enable us, above and beyond what we could ever imagine We are all a part of His body, and each member is vital The miracle of how He weaves us all together to serve one another, and to serve others, is something I am in awe of and will forever be thankful for!

Harvest of Hope Blessings

Thank you so much to all who participated in making our Harvest of Hope Benefit such a success! God really blessed this event. It was such a beautiful evening! We felt the love of all who were there, and of those who couldn’t make it but bathed our event in prayer. We are so grateful to everyone who donated artwork, jewelry, desserts, music, and funds. We were so abundantly blessed! Our Lord was there every step of the way with His wonderful gifts that made everything possible I can’t even tell you all the ways He intervened and blessed this ministry through this event. He provided everything we needed, and many of you were the vessels. With the help of you, His servants, we raised over $33,000 after expenses!

Caring Choices 2nd Golf Fore Life Classic

Thank you for lifting us up to minister Help, Hope and Healing! We were blessed to have 128 Golfers at our August 14th event, and over $23,000 was raised to meet the needs of families in Monroe County.

Baby Bottle Fund Drive

Thank you so much to all of the churches that participated in our Baby Bottle Fund Drive. This is a vital part of our ministry and it is such a joy to partner with you! So far this year this fundraiser brought in $38,506.61!

This is a great way for your church or organization to help us provide life affirming care to our clients. If you would like to host a baby bottle fund drive, please let us know. You can do it any time of year We supply the bottles for you to pass out, then people can fill them with their spare change, dollars, or checks and bring them back.

We would also be glad to come to your church or group to share more about our mission and help kick off a drive. Together the blessings keep adding up and the body of Christ working together is such a beautiful thing!

Called to Serve

Revelation 22:3-4 says “…His servants shall serve Him. They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads.”

This is a kingdom verse of what it will be like in Heaven! Jesus tells us that a life laid down for Him is an abundant life here on this earth
