Twinning Continued from Page 2 Diduck explains this further. “To celebrate the 130th anniversary and establish a long-lasting relationship, Lamont County is embarking on a twinning initiative with the Perehinske Community Village Council by signing a Memorandum of Understanding Of Cooperation,” he said. “This memorandum will set the stage for bringing our two communities together and ensure that the connection between the two communities is not for-
