Water Supply Expansion and Sewerage Improvement
This project will expand and upgrade Grenada’s water distribution and wastewater networks while improving the sewerage infrastructure in the capital city, St. George’s. It will enhance the quality and quantity of water resources available to residential and economic sectors. The project will increase the efficiency and climate resilience of the water sector in Grenada and improve the availability of potable water supplies for St. George’s and tourism developments in the south of the island.

of Grenada will benefit from increased efficiency and climate resilience of the water sector; and enhanced access to safe drinking water and sanitation.
This project has been made possible through a grant from the United Kingdom Government under the UK Caribbean Infrastructure Fund (UKCIF), which provides grant funding for climate-resilient infrastructure projects to encourage growth and to support improved livelihoods, poverty reduction and safer conditions for residents. UKCIF is administered by the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB).
