Contract Logistics cargo-partner offers a comprehensive logistics service package to optimize your inventory and order management. We provide specialized warehousing facilities, value added services and endto-end logistics solutions for the requirements of a range of industries: from valuable high-tech goods and bulky machine components to temperature-sensitive foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals.

We currently operate 44 warehouse locations with 250,000 m² of storage space in Europe, Asia and the USA. Uniform standards in all of our warehouses around the world ensure high process quality and reliability.

Each of our warehouses follows the same structure, providing dedicated areas for pallet racking, general order picking, small parts picking, block storage, and cross-docking. In addition to warehousing and value added services, we have dedicated customs experts at many locations providing in-depth consul­ tation and customs clearance services.

iLogistics Center Vienna Strategically located at a major European transport hub near Vienna Airport, the iLogistics Center Vienna provides ideal storage conditions and value added services for spare parts and high-tech goods of all dimensions. The iLogistics Center in award-winning timber construction points the way to sustainable architecture and offers modern logistics and value added services on 12,250 m².

The warehouse contains a comprehensive high-bay rack system including small parts shelves, wide and narrow aisle shelving, cantilever racking, Lean-Lift and drawer cabinets.

Long and heavy goods weighing up to 5 t are stored in the cantilever racks, while small parts are neatly organized in 32,000 KLT bins.

The cargo-partner iLogistics Center is completely made of wood, from the wall and roof construction to the facade.

In total, 4,200 m³ of timber were used, resulting in a CO₂ reduction of 8,400 t.

Located directly next to Ljubljana Airport and 20 minutes from the city center, the iLogistics Center provides 25,000 m² of warehouse space along with specialized logistics solutions for a variety of industries. The investment was recently honored with the Invest Slovenia FDI Award for its important contribution to the development of the region.

The iLogistics Center in Ljubljana is GDP compliant, follows HACCP and TAPA guidelines and provides the possibility of storing goods at temperature regimes of 2-8°C and 15-25°C. Our trained teams create specialized solutions for Automotive, High Tech, Foodstuffs and Pharmaceuticals. We provide expertise in the e-commerce sector and offer comprehensive order fulfillment for webshop owners.

iLogistics Center Sofia The iLogistics Center Sofia provides an ideal logistics hub in close proximity to Sofia Airport, the highway and the Sofiyska Sveta Gora metro station. In addition, the direct railway con­ nection offers the possibility of unloading goods directly from the train into the warehouse.

The iLogistics Center Prague is located in the Prague Airport Park, directly next to the Amazon Fulfillment Center and 15 minutes from the airport as well as from the city center.

The multi-user warehouse is HACCP-certified and allows for cross-docking, vendor-managed inventory as well as comprehensive order fulfillment. Safety is assured by a fire sprinkler system as well as constant video surveillance.

In April 2019, the class A warehouse received a temperature-­ controlled section providing 1,400 m² of storage space at a temperature range of 2-8°C. In addition to standard distribution services like container unloading, palletization, pick & pack and reverse logistics, cargo-partner provides a range of value added services at the warehouse, including repacking, sorting, labeling, bundling, assembling, customs clearance and logistics consulting.

iLogistics Center Dunajska Streda Following the most recent expansion in 2018, the iLogistics Center now provides 18,300 m² of modern warehouse space along with a wide range of value added services for the require­ments of the automotive, industrial spare parts and high-tech machinery industries. The warehouse hall is maintained at an energy- and cost-efficient temperature range between 15°C and 25°C and is ideal for handling project cargo shipments.

The iLogistics Center is directly connected to the METRANS container terminal, right next to its spacious ground level container handling area. Containers arriving via intermodal transport from the ports of Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Rotterdam, Koper and Trieste can be moved directly to the cargo-partner cross-dock station with its nine dedicated container docks.

This way, last-mile trucking can be replaced by intermodal transport for reduced costs and transit times.

Vishay cargo-partner currently operates two warehouses exclusively for Vishay in Shanghai and Hong Kong. The customs bonded warehouse in Shanghai was opened in 2016, providing optimal conditions for the storage of electronic components. Diligent planning was necessary to ensure the smooth transfer of more than 5,000 different stock keeping units into the new warehouse.

After the success of this first warehousing project in Asia, the cooperation was extended to Hong Kong, where the two companies opened a warehouse in October 2018. This longterm customer relationship was founded in 2001 since cargo-­ partner started to offer logistics and various value added services as well as innovative IT solutions in Gyàl, Hungary.

Nuki From its warehouse near Vienna Airport, cargo-partner organizes the entire supply chain for Nuki’s innovative smart locks.

After collecting the goods from Switzerland, cargo-partner handles import customs declaration and order picking in Austria.

The items are packaged for end clients in the cargo-partner warehouse and globally distributed via parcel service. Thanks to an EDI connection between the two companies’ systems, the order and delivery process is fully automated and Nuki’s end clients can follow their parcel’s route up to their door.

ENGEL At the iLogistics Center Vienna, cargo-partner manages the worldwide spare parts logistics of leading international machine manufacturer ENGEL. After several planning workshops, the warehouse layout and processes were tailored precisely to ENGEL’s requirements. Within three months, 27,000 stock keeping units were moved from ENGEL’s three production facilities to the new warehouse. Thanks to the central hub, full IT integration between the two companies’ systems and 24/7 order processing, ENGEL can now achieve a higher service quality for its customers.

From its warehouse near Vienna Airport, cargo-partner handles pre-­ carriage, storage and distribution to retailers, event locations and end customers in Europe. In addition, cargo-partner provides a range of value added services, including the assembly of pointof-sale displays in retail outlets throughout Austria. With the SPOT Platform, all i need can access detailed information about current stock, turnover and expiry dates at any time.

Webasto In Dunajska Streda, cargo-partner provides specialized value added services for automotive supplier Webasto. In the scope of the project “External Production Supermarket”, the components are forwarded directly from the cargo-partner warehouse to Webasto’s production line, obliterating the need for a prior pre­ paration step in the Webasto sub-warehouse. The individual manufacturing elements are presorted in the cargo-partner warehouse and assembled on special trolleys so that manu­ facturing can proceed smoothly and quickly.
