SPARK!

The next chapter for SPARK!

When we launched SPARK! the goal was simple—to keep everyone at Carey Electric connected.

Over the past year and a half, we've celebrated milestones, welcomed new teammates, shared project successes, recognized achievements, and highlighted the incredible work happening across our company.

I've genuinely enjoyed putting each issue together because it's given us an opportunity to pause and recognize the people who make Carey Electric what it is.

But there's always been one challenge...

By the time SPARK! made its way into everyone's inbox, some of the news was already a few weeks, or even a few month old.

That's why we are excited to share what's next! The Last Edition...and the Beginning of

Introducing Blink

Beginning mid-July, Carey Electric will officially launch Blink as our new home for company communication.

While SPARK! has allowed us to share company news each quarter, Blink gives us the opportunity to share information as it happens—keeping everyone informed, connected, and engaged in real time.

Think of it as our own private social media network—a place where the Carey Electric team can share updates, celebrate successes, recognize one another, and stay connected.

Whether you're in the field, the warehouse, or the office, Blink brings everyone together in one place to stay connected with project updates, company news, employee recognitions, celebrations, and the day-to-day moments that make Carey Electric who we are.

With Blink you'll see things like:

· Project updates from the field

· Employee spotlights and celebrations

· Company announcements

· Industry news

· Photos from jobsites

· Safety reminders and important alerts

· Training opportunities and resources

· Recognition of teammates

· Birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones

· Polls, reminders, and much more

Instead of hearing about something three months later, you'll see it while it's happening.

Our goal is simple: to keep everyone—from the office to every jobsite better informed, better connected, and more engaged as one Carey Electric team.

What to Expect

Over the next few weeks, we'll begin rolling out Blink to the entire company.

We'll provide:

• Simple setup instructions

• Training resources

• Help downloading the app

• Tips for getting the most out of it

Our hope is that Blink becomes the place where we celebrate wins, share important information, recognize one another, and stay connected as one Carey Electric team.

While this may be the final edition of SPARK! it's really just the beginning of a better way for us to communicate.

Thank you for reading, contributing to, and being part of SPARK! It has been a pleasure sharing the stories, accomplishments, and milestones that make Carey Electric such a special place to work. I look forward to continuing those conversations and creating many new ones with all of you on Blink.

We're excited to get started, and we hope you are too. See you on Blink!
