Being Pro Abundant Life is not just about saving babies from abortion, but ensuring they and their parents have the abundant life found only in Christ. When our vision is fully realized, we will take our clients on a holistic journey that meets their material, emotional, and spiritual needs. Let's see how this would play out for a couple we will call Tiffany and Jeff.
Tiffany visits the pregnancy center (freestanding or church-based), which provides an ultrasound, info about her options, parenting education, and also serves Jeff, the father of her unborn baby. They hear the Gospel for the first time and choose life together!

As Care Net’s commemorates its 50th year of Pro Abundant Life Ministry, let's reflect on what we’ve learned:
• Women need immediate life-affirming support when considering abortion due to the increased availability of the abortion pill.
• The father of the unborn baby is the most influential factor in an abortion decision.
• The Gospel is not a distraction to a pregnancy decision, but the central component that leads to abundant life.
• Mobile Medical Units are needed to provide life-affirming care in areas of the country where there are no pregnancy centers.
• Abortion is a discipleship issue; the local church should be the central place for discipleship for women, men, and families making a pregnancy decision.

As I consider Care Net’s impact over the last 50 years, I stand in awe of what God has done through the sacrifice, prayers, and investment of faithful women and men, like you.
By God’s grace, our network of pregnancy centers has grown from 100 affiliates in the 1980s to 1,293 today and has saved the lives of more than 1,132,749 unborn children and shared the Gospel with 2,334,495 clients!
While we celebrate the physical and spiritual life decisions of clients and families over the past 50 years, we know that our work must not stop. The Enemy is still seeking to steal, kill, and destroy but Jesus still gives life and life that is abundant (John 10:10) . That is why Care Net is not just pro-life – we’re pro-abundant life: rescuing, restoring, and discipling families who live and love like Jesus.

Care Net’s Pregnancy Decision Line (PDL) is a national hotline that provides immediate pregnancy decision coaching, spiritual conversations, medical support from Registered Nurses, and pregnancy center referrals to English and Spanish speaking women and men facing pregnancy decisions.

The Call
Coaches answer the calls of women and men faced with pregnancy decisions.
95% of PDL clients are searching online for information on abortion when they find PDL. In 2025, PDL began utilizing a new chat feature which allows coaches to connect with individuals and provide pregnancy decision coaching and life-affirming resources via chat.
The Conversation
Life-affirming and Gospelcentered coaching is offered over the phone and chat.
PDL coaches are trained to help meet the unique needs of each client. Coaches provide a safe space for client to pause their abortion decision and process their fears and concerns in a safe space. Coaches provide emotional support, medical information, and through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, look for opportunities to share spiritual truths with clients.
The Change
Coaches connect PDL clients to local, affiliated pregnancy centers and mobile medical units.
With the coaches’ encouragement, clients are connected to a pregnancy center, mobile unit, local church, or other life-affirming ministry. Approximately 30% of clients originally considering abortion, verify that they made a decision for life!

Pregnancy Decision Line is saving lives both now, and for eternity!
When she first called, she was adamant that she wanted to end her pregnancy. She already had a toddler, wasn't in a good relationship with the father, and felt she didn't have the resources or support to take care of another child. We spoke at length and I was able to encourage her, uplift her, pray with her, and remind her of the accomplishments that she already established. I was able to connect her to a Pregnancy Center, also. When I reached out to her the next day, she told me that after our conversation, she started thinking a lot about things. She shared that she has decided to continue with her pregnancy because she knows God will be there with her. She also realized that her family will be there to offer the support that she needs. The Pregnancy Center has already helped her with connecting to some needed resources. Praise to our Almighty Father for answering prayers and touching this young lady's heart and allowing her to hear what I was speaking with her about and showing her that this baby is a gift.

Veronica sought assistance from the Pregnancy Resource Center in Eufaula, AL during her pregnancy. She quickly developed close relationships with the staff and became a source of encouragement. Veronica also received love and support from a local church where she now attends. On Mother's Day, surrounded by family and friends, Veronica dedicated her daughter, Jalena, back to the Lord. The Pregnancy Resource Center Director and a volunteer, joined Veronica for Jalena’s baby dedication.
The mission of Care Net’s Abortion Recovery and Care (ARC) is to serve women and men impacted by abortion by connecting them with individual ministries, pregnancy centers, and churches that provide healing resources.
