We joined forces with ICU Mobile to bring pregnancy center ministry to communities without a pregnancy center; launched a new PDL chat feature to connect and serve more individuals considering abortion; increased the number of pregnancy centers with vibrant fatherhood ministries; shared the Gospel with more clients; referred more clients to local churches; and saved more lives from abortion. Pregnancy Decision Line (PDL) is Care Net's strategic initiative that provides immediate pregnancy decision coaching to women and men at risk for abortion. PDL coaches also offer the hope of the Gospel and connect callers to local affiliated pregnancy centers to further support a life decision.
Care Net is equipping churches to offer compassion, hope, help, and discipleship to women and men in their communities that are facing pregnancy decisions. Care Net also offers spiritual and emotional post-abortion recovery and care resources.

Pregnancy Decision Line (PDL) is a national hotline that provides immediate pregnancy decision coaching, medical support from Registered Nurses, and pregnancy center and mobile medical unit referrals to women and men facing pregnancy decisions. Annually, we ask our affiliates to pay $250 to renew their affiliation with Care Net. Not only is that one of the lowest prices for a pregnancy center to pay for a national affiliation, but we provide so much to our affiliates at no cost! We provide monthly webinars, personal coaching meetings, free sample documents, and more. Other national organizations charge for each of these items, but because of your generosity, we can freely give them this knowledge and support so that they can serve their clients with excellence. While a part of their program, by God's grace, she came to Christ, she and her boyfriend were married, he was also saved, and they joined a wonderful local church. She is plugged into a Body of believers and her discipleship continues even after she has graduated from the center’s programs.

SPECIAL PROJECT PACIFIC NORTHWEST FATHERHOOD PROJECT According to Care Net’s research, the father of an unborn child is the most influential factor in an abortion decision. After 2 national projects and 1 regional project, Care Net’s Fatherhood and Family Team has identified the Pacific Northwest as a region ripe for impact. Both rural and urban centers in this area face unique spiritual, cultural, and logistical challenges. In Fiscal Year 2025, we laid the groundwork for launching this project.

I have been doing site visits over the past couple of months. It has been a joy to be able to join centers! I have been able to watch as centers received surprise donations, men walking in from churches wanting to volunteer out of the blue, and I have been able to provide meaningful coaching as a team navigated a pregnancy test with a couple that was abortion minded. Lives Forever Changed NUMBERS BECAUSE OF YOU! Beyond the
A Life Saved by Abortion Pill Reversal! David's life was almost lost to abortion. When Mariah found out she was pregnant, her boyfriend pressured her to abort. After she took the first pill, she regretted it and immediately began to grieve her baby's life. Distraught over taking the pill, she googled "grief after abortion" and came across a helpline phone number. When the counselor on the other end realized Mariah had not yet taken the second pill, she quickly told Mariah to get in touch with the Abortion Pill Reversal Network. This helped Mariah get connected with us, and our Medical Director prescribed her the reversal progesterone pill. Two days later, she came to Blue Ridge Pregnancy Center in Lynchburg, VA for an ultrasound to see if her baby had a heartbeat - it was a defining life-or-death moment. Tears flowed as a very active baby with a heartbeat appeared on the screen. Thanks to APR, Mariah is now raising her beautiful baby boy David. She is empowered by the parenting resources and help she received. Mariah shared with us: "I thought I saved him, but he saved me."
Homeless Mom chooses Life! When the client came to us she was determined to get an abortion and shared that she was living in her car. We offered to help her with temporary shelter. First she declined and said “I have to have an abortion because my situation is bad.” She allowed me to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and she rededicated her life to Jesus. We prayed for God to give her His wisdom and power to do His will in her life. During her ultrasound, she found out she was carrying twins. With tears she cried that God answered her prayers from when she was younger. She always wanted twins, because her brothers are twins. She allowed me to reach out to the pregnancy home and they had a bed for her. She texted me that evening saying she will keep her babies. Several weeks later, the client updated me that she is in a safe home, is working on getting employment, and is receiving Christ centered counseling. She Delayed Her Abortion and Chose Life! A very young mom called us with a question the day before her scheduled abortion. I was able to answer her question and recommend that she get an ultrasound. Praise God she has chosen life for her baby after postponing her abortion appointment to get an ultrasound! She has experienced a lot of trauma. She knows of God but does not have a personal relationship with Him. Please pray the Lord would heal her heart and she would come to know the Lord as her Savior. A Note from Care Net’s Board Chair I have served as a board member for a number of years, and I have seen up-close the work that the ministry does to help pregnancy centers around the country provide care and compassion for those struggling with decisions surrounding an unplanned pregnancy. The staff is remarkable, and the work that Care Net does makes a difference for the centers it serves and for the cultural battle for the sanctity of life. Care Net additionally provides online help and counseling for men and women who need help in their decisions they face, especially where there is not a pregnancy center close to their home. Pregnancy Decision Line (PDL) offers the opportunity to speak with a coach or nurse practitioner to get answers to pregnancy-related questions. Most importantly, Care Net is a Christ-centered ministry. Roland Warren, the president of Care Net, has said that it is not enough for Care Net to only be a pro-life organization, it needs to be Pro Abundant Life where lives are not only saved, but are also transformed by the Gospel. The Ministry Partners, like you, who come alongside Care Net each month and each year make it possible for the work to continue, work that is making a difference for reaching the hearts and minds of a culture that is bombarded daily with wrong and destructive messages about the intrinsic value of all life, especially life in the womb.
