Acquired through successive acquisitions, the former EDF site, which was first renovated by the agency in 2005, is undergoing a new restructuring, this time focusing on the ground floor and terraces.
Creation of a unique ground floor with a monumental staircase connecting the two levels on the street.
Removal of cooling equipment on the roof thanks to the switch to Climespace.
Development of roof terraces into accessible terraces.
Elevation of a building to create a new office level.
Recovery of PC plans with integration of technical constraints.
Exchange with structural, fluid and facade engineering offices.
Modelling of the entire roof terrace and elevation section on Revit for BIM work.

HIGHSCHOOL RESTRUCTURATION CACHAN

PERSPECTIVE 3
Following the departure of the ENS School, the two high schools in Cachan are being reunified.
The location of the two retained buildings leaves a central land base allowing for the establishment of a core centered on a central artery that will penetrate the entire project.
The central building will house programs that benefit everyone (school life, conference room, library, creativity room, etc.).
The two existing buildings are largely
retained and present simple geometries, after demolition of unnecessary protrusions. Streamlined, the two existing buildings are thus integrated into the overall composition.
Work on modularity for possible conversion of the high school.
Site leveling for access to all buildings.
Reflection on the passage of fluids, made difficult due to the existing restrictive structure.

SCHOOL BUILDING | SENEGAL
COMPETITION
The challenge of the competition is to design a pleasant and conducive place for teaching while taking into account the site, local construction practices, and the budget.
10 classrooms, 1 multipurpose room, offices, and toilets, as well as a reflection on the treatment of outdoor spaces. The whole project will be carried out in 5 phases.
A sober and systemic architecture with a real thought about the implementation on site, for a truly feasible project;

The reflection started from the dimension of a classroom, from which a grid of 8x8m was derived, where we included the different elements of the program so that they could interact.
Two classrooms as a unit.
With the principle of modularity, the plan can be adapted during construction or in the future.

House renovation project for a client wishing to be able to live at home for as long as possible.
Redistribution of the plan following the addition of a lift on the garden facade.
Technical project with total refurbishment of plumbing, electricity, and heating system changed to fan convection. Implementation of a covered swimming pool and a lift in a very restricted space.
Call for tenders from companies and analysis of offers.
Visiting selected showrooms with project management.
Site supervision (construction, electricity, plumbing, partitioning, writing weekly reports, validation of situations, approval of subcontractors, additional quotes following changes by project management.

Project for 40 housing units divided into two buildings that was submitted for a building permit in December 2016.
The project owner wanted to launch the marketing a little later, when the purge of appeals was nearing its end.
I assisted the project manager on:
1. finalizing the DCE (plans, details, joinery schedule, hall book, choice of luminaires, floor coverings for material board)
2. creating sales plans according to the project owner’s requests.

COMPETITION
Competition in partnership with a developer for the construction of 80 new housing units in an urbanizing area. The project is located on a plot that is part of a master plan and has a lot sheet already drawn.

HOCKEY PLAYERS RESIDENCE | CERGY
COMPETITION
Housing project for semi-professional hockey players next to the new Cergy ice rink.
The project had to be able to be converted into rental housing in case the owner changed the tenant.
Due to the very limited budget, the construction mode had to be modular in order to limit the cost.
The project had been sketched for two years, in parallel with the project management. When I took over, I had to:
- Rework the plan to make the project profitable
- Produce all the graphic documents
- Collaborate with the company to find viable economic solutions
I participated in the first phase and negotiation phase of the competition’s oral presentation.

80 COLLECTIVE HOUSING | BONDY
COMPETITION
Construction of 80 new housing units on a plot located next to a project that had just been completed and at the edge of the SNCF tracks.
I took over the project during the sketch phase with the site plan and cut-out templates already established.
I designed the layout of the housing units according to the developer’s specifications. I then had to draw the housing unit’s plan.
As my first collective housing project, I worked with the disable and fire safety regulations I learned during my HMONP training that same year.
I then had to draw the sections, elevations, and documents for the building permit application to the city hall.
Initially alone on the project, part of the agency assisted me in submitting an express permit before the summer holidays.

HEALTH CENTER | LAGNY-SUR-MARNE
DETAILED DESIGN
The city wanted to rehabilitate an existing industrial building to transform it into a health center. However, reusing it proved impossible due to significant technical and structural constraints.
The project management still wanted to retain the original building’s form for the future construction.
I started following the project during the APD phase where we encountered some problems related to the curtain wall structure and the placement of rainwater
Then, I assisted in the production of the PRO phase where I was responsible for drawing technical details regarding the curtain wall and the fastening of the windows on the cladding.
I also produced all the ceiling and floor plans to help the companies with their pricing.
