TENANTS: YOU CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT THEM! I’m always amazed to hear stories from prospective tenants - even the dream ones - about being treated like an inconvenience by many rental agencies. You’d think in current market conditions, tenants would be having the red carpet rolled out for them, but it seems restrictive viewing times and a lack of call backs remain the norm.
