THIS BOOMING MARKET WON´T WAIT They say that good things come to those who wait, but in the current property market, the opposite may in fact be true.

Buyer activity remains strong, increasing by 11% in the last week of October. And with stock levels still low - 14% lower than this time last year, to be exact - it is the perfect time to secure a sale and plan your next move.

There is an enormous amount of confidence and momentum in the WA property sector right now, but this is unlikely to be sustained for the longer term. I am sure most home owners who have experienced the volatility of the Perth market in the past are well versed on how quickly things can change.

suggest that today´s conditions are primed for sellers to achieve an excellent result, especially with property prices stabilizing and a larger pool of buyers re-engaging in the market.
