A MESSAGE FROM THE CMS EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

JUST REMEMBER, I WAS 12 WHEN I STARTED…

By Rosalie Carlin, CMS Executive Administrative Assistant On September 8, 1987 I moved from my hometown, the Bronx, New York, to Tallahassee.

Three weeks later, I started at the Capital Medical Society, working under the famous and very-much-loved Mollie Hill. 30 years later, 6 Executive Directors later, I’m still here. Wow! I’ve worked under 30 CMS Presidents, and have seen our membership grow from 300 to over 600. I’ve seen our staff grow from 3 to 10. I’ve seen the We Care Network created! We’re still at 1204 Miccosukee Road, but the building itself has changed so much. Additional offices, updates – computers! When I started at CMS, there were two computers in the office, now there are over 10. So many changes, but the Capital Medical Society, Capital Medical Society Foundation, and Capital Medical Services Corp. are still here, going strong and making a difference in the lives of our members and in our community.

Mollie Hill hired me, and for that, I will forever be grateful. Karen Wendland, Sue Conte and Pam Irwin have all kept me around. I have been blessed to work under these good, strong women, and I’ve learned so much from each of them.

I salute you all, and thank you for not only being amazing to work with, but for your sincere care and kindness to me.

The special thing about working at CMS is that this place does not get boring!

There is always something going on, each month presents a new challenge. From Membership/CME Meetings, to special events, to the Auction, I am always working on something different. For that, I’m thankful. It keeps the job interesting!

dedicated, and deeply cares about CMS. Tracey has been my physician since her Residency days with TMH. The care I receive from her is above and beyond.

She is a gifted physician, a kind soul, and a good friend. She promises me to never retire, and I’m holding her to that.

I’ve been to several CMS memberspecialists over the years, and I really honestly have to say that the care I have received has always been outstanding, and kind. In my opinion, our members are the most compassionate physicians anywhere.

Here at CMS, we do many physician referrals each day. Folks call looking for a new doctor – they’ve just moved here, or their doctor has retired. Let me tell you, the “My doctor has retired” calls are the worst! These folks are in many cases heart-broken. They LOVED their physician; they felt a connection with them. Having to start over again is a huge deal. That speaks volumes about the physicians here. You are all making such a difference in each life you touch.

I’m honored to be a small part of that. I work with many of the CMS Member office staff and administrators on a daily basis. The professionalism, kindness, and good nature of all these folks knows no bounds. I’m thankful to all the office staff I speak to and email with each day for, more often than not, bringing a smile to my face.

It’s not just “the job”, it’s the people I come in contact with each day, and of course those I work with each day.

To the current CMS and CMS Foundation We Care staff, I salute each one of you. Shannon Boyle, our Communications and Events Coordinator, you amaze me with all you do, so seamlessly, and without breaking a sweat. I’m thankful for your friendship, and that we work together so well. Veterans of our military sacrifice their innocence, time with their friends and family, their bodies and sometimes their lives to protect this country.

Regardless of your thoughts on war, we’re all indebted to our troops. Veterans Day is unique among nations in that we honor those who are with us, reserving Memorial Day for those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. ARMY MEDICINE IN THE 1970S, FT. BENNING, GEORGIA: HOME OF THE INFANTRY

By Terence Reisman, M.D. A quick look at my Omega Seamaster watch, which I bought at the Fort Benning PX in 1973, immediately brings back fond memories of my two years on active duty with the U.S. Army. As a medical student at Duke University in the mid-1960s, I signed up under the Berry Plan, which came about because Dr. Berry and Congress decided to set up a contingency plan for medical participation in the military. The selective service draft and the Berry Plan ended in 1973, although there have been rumors from time to time that it will be reinstated. As of this writing, it is only a rumor but a source of memories for me and many of my contemporaries. At that time, a medical student could choose one of three options: immediate service after internship; a two-year deferment after internship and one year of residency; or deferment for completion of a chosen specialty. The Vietnam War was a cause of increasing concern for all of us. A doctor was given a choice of service, so I chose the Air Force and, naturally, was assigned to the U.S. Army. However, I was allowed to take an extra year after internship, but this would not make me board-eligible in internal medicine, so I requested a second year of residency deferment. This was granted so that I could sit for the boards, and I was also assigned to Martin Army Hospital at Fort Benning in Columbus, Georgia.

As a new Army medical officer, I had only a two-week orientation and learned how to salute and wear the uniform.

My one regret was being denied the previously required orientation at Fort Sam Houston, Texas where physicians learned how to shoot military rifles. The internal medicine department at Martin was fully staffed with all subspecialties except for gastroenterology, so I was encouraged to see most of the GI patients and to use the new upper GI endoscope

until the fully trained specialist arrived from the Medical College of Virginia.

At Martin, my duties involved internal medicine call, general ER call, and the outpatient clinic. I saw everything from acute hepatitis to heroin addiction. I was able to “moonlight” in Phoenix City, Alabama, former “sin city of the South”. The local hero in Columbus was Shug Jordan (pronounced “Jerden”), head coach of the Auburn Tigers, who, much to my surprise, were the favorites over the University of Georgia Bulldogs.

The main drag was Victory Drive, full of strip malls and car dealers, including the local Fiat dealer who advertised the “talking Fiat” on TV. One of my saddest memories of those two years involved the new gastroenterologist who arrived, took me under his wing, and taught me on a daily basis. Eventually, he and a group from our department attended a meeting at Letterman General Hospital in San Francisco. Several of us went to dinner in Chinatown one night, and I remember Bill, my GI mentor, complaining of hot flashes, numbness around his mouth, and a severe headache as we left the restaurant. We went to our separate hotel rooms for the night, but Bill never woke up. He had suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage from a cerebral aneurysm and died in his sleep. It was a miserable flight back to Georgia for the rest of us.

Another memory of those two years at Ft. Benning involved a graduate of my high school, Miami Edison. Lieutenant William “Rusty” Calley was convicted of the murder of twenty-two South Vietnamese civilians in 1968. His life sentence was commuted to three and a half years of house arrest at Ft. Benning.

I saw him as he sat on the porch of his duplex and I made my way along the road to the hospital from my duplex in “Captains Capehart.”

When I was on leave my wife Marilyn and I were able to travel from New York to London for eighty dollars per person each way. One summer we drove around England and Scotland, and the next we spent in England and Holland. I bought a Mamiya Sekor camera at the PX and enjoyed photography as a useful hobby.

I was able to have the prints and slides developed right on post.

The physicians had the longest hair on post; our shoes weren’t shined; our blue dress formal uniforms were borrowed or rented for the annual Christmas party; but we all felt part of the team and enjoyed our two years there. Had I stayed in the Army, I would have been a Lt. Colonel at age 33 and full “bird” Colonel by age 40. However, I, like everyone else in my group of internists, returned to civilian life with fond memories of our service time.

I completed my gastroenterology fellowship in 1975 at the University of Miami and joined Jim Stockwell in Tallahassee in a tiny office cubby hole.

We incorporated the practice in 1978, built our first office in the Eastwood Plaza, and completed the current building on Riggins Road in 1991.

Since then we have added seven more physicians, four nurse practitioners and many nurses. I look back with pride on my two years of active duty and six years in the Army reserve.

FIVE BEST PRACTICES TO MEET MACRA REQUIREMENTS BY THE END OF THE YEAR

By Kim Hathaway, MSN, CPHRM, Healthcare Quality and Risk Consultant, The Doctors Company As the end of the third quarter of 2017 approaches, practices that have not yet developed their Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) plan face great urgency to complete their plan—and those who have started may be feeling overwhelmed. Regardless of the reporting stage, these steps can help guide practices to succeed: 1. Review past performance in quality measures such as the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) or specialty measures that your practice has reported.

These are strong indicators of how your practice will do in the future. Align activities and quality measures with what you are already doing in your practice and determine how to make capturing the needed data part of your team’s workflow. Educate and engage the entire workforce about what you are trying to accomplish and why. Ask for input from the frontline of your practice about the most efficient ways to collect the necessary data elements. Even if you participated in PQRS in the past, there are differences that will require a team effort to be successful. Don’t try to do it alone. Consider making quality measurement part of the annual review for employees.

2. Study the specifications for each measure you are reporting to better understand its value. For claims or registry reporting, go to the Quality Payment Program website and choose the appropriate file under “Documents and Downloads.” If you are reporting through your electronic health record (EHR), the vendor can be very helpful in choosing your measures. In fact, not all EHRs will report all measures, and there are some that collect data but don’t report to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Clarify with the EHR vendor when and how the documentation is captured and counted toward the measure. The same applies to the various registries. Be sure to do your homework and know about pricing and any requirements related to system compatibility.

3. Monitor your data on a weekly or biweekly basis. Compare the reports that you run in your office to those generated by your EHR or registry.

Investigate any discrepancy so that it can be corrected now by coaching the team on documentation or timeliness of reporting. Don’t wait until the end of the reporting period to look at your performance data. There may not be time or the ability to correct it later.

4. Understand that the scoring process for the quality measures is very different than it was in PQRS. Under PQRS, if you reported the measure enough times, you received credit. And if you reported on one patient, you would get a pass.

Under the PQRS scoring process (based on 100 patients): o Provider 1: 95 patients’ performance met, 5 patients’ performance not met = PASS o Provider 2: 5 patients’ performance met, 95 patients’ performance not met = PASS Under the quality measure, your rate will determine your score (based on 100 patients): o Provider 1: 95 patients’ performance met, 5 patients’ performance not met = 95% Performance Rate o Provider 2: 5 patients’ performance met, 95 patients’ performance not met = 5% Performance Rate On top of the change in how much you report versus the performance rate, the scores will be determined based on national benchmarks, with the highest performing deciles receiving a greater point value.

5. Review the Quality and Resource Use Report (QRUR) to fully understand how the practice performs in terms of quality and cost. Use the 2015 or 2016 QRUR (publishing fall 2017) to identify potential weaknesses and address them before cost returns as a scored category in 2019—because

cost will carry a weight of 30 percent toward the MIPS composite score.

This is a complex report that requires familiarity to truly understand its content. The biannual report outlines the quality and cost data from PQRS and compares it to a national benchmark.

Costs are determined by claims data.

There are no reporting requirements for the cost category in 2017. CMS will provide feedback on cost for the 2017 performance period, but it will not be counted in the final composite score for 2017 or 2018.

Groups and solo practitioners may access their QRUR through the CMS Enterprise Portal. The person who accesses this report for the group will need to create a login at CMS’ Enterprise Identity Management (EIDM) system. This is a very secure site. It contains questions to verify and confirm the identity of the person registering, as well as information about specific providers in the group. Security is very strict around these reports because they include patient health information so that groups may identify which patients may be attributed to them. For help interpreting your QRUR, consult the CMS website regarding QRUR analysis and payment. You will find additional resources, links to the EIDM System, and what to do if you believe your QRUR is not accurate. _________________________________ The guidelines suggested here are not rules, do not constitute legal advice, and do not ensure a successful outcome. SCHOLARSHIPS TO FSU MEDICAL STUDENTS

CAPITAL MEDICAL SOCIETY FOUNDATION AWARDS $47,000 IN SCHOLARSHIPS TO FSU MEDICAL STUDENTS The Capital Medical Society Foundation awarded scholarships to eight students in their first or second year of medical school at the Florida State University (FSU) College of Medicine and third and fourth year medical students at the Tallahassee Regional Campus of FSU College of Medicine on the basis of financial need. Dr. Frank Walker presented the scholarships to each of the recipients at the Capital Medical Society Membership Meeting at the Maguire Center for Lifelong Learning at Westminster Oaks on September 19. A committee comprised of Capital Medical Society members and Dr. Myra Hurt, FSU College of Medicine Senior Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Programs and chaired by local pediatrician, Dr. Frank Walker, chose the scholarship recipients. “Attending medical school is a very expensive proposition these days. My fellow physicians are pleased and proud to help support medical students, who have not only a financial need, but a desire to stay in Florida and practice medicine in Florida,� said Dr. Walker.

Medical Society more than 31 years ago. Archived records since 1997 document that Capital Medical Society Foundation has provided scholarships totaling $528,489 to students in the Program in Medical Science Program, the precursor to FSU College of Medicine, University of Florida medical students and FSU College of Medicine students. $501,000 of those scholarships have been awarded to FSU College of Medicine students beginning with those in its inaugural Class of 2005. Many of those past recipients are now practicing in Tallahassee and some serve on the Scholarship Committee.

The Capital Medical Society Foundation will host their annual fundraising event, the Holiday Auction, in December to raise funds for these medical school scholarships.

The 2017 scholarship recipients are: Saira Bari, Whitney Basford, Brian Bowden, Kaylee Denmark, Quinn Frier, Ciara Grayson, Breanna Jameson, and Collin Lamba.

The Scholarship Fund has been one of the most successful and well-respected programs first established by Capital

More than $88 million in donated specialty medical and dental care has been provided to low-income, uninsured patients since the program was created in 1992. WE CARE NETWORK PATIENT PERSPECTIVE

WE CARE NETWORK PATIENT PERSPECTIVE We Care Network employs case managers who coordinate patients’ medical and dental care from start to finish. One such patient story is that of Leon County resident Mr. Charles Cox, a painter by trade, who noticed he was having chest pains while working but did not have insurance to help cover the costs of seeing a physician.

Eventually he ended up in the emergency room and had open-heart surgery and an aortic valve replacement. Due to his inability to pay, he did not follow through with seeing his surgeon for any follow-up visits. In 2016, Neighborhood Medical Center referred Mr. Cox to the We Care Network for cardiology. Dr. John Katopodis, a cardiologist at Southern Medical Group, donated care to him in the form of consultations and diagnostic testing. Fortunately, all of his heart tests came back normal.

Mr. Cox also had an inguinal hernia that continued to worsen. He was unable to continue his painting jobs and other handyman work to earn a living. His electricity and water were shut off, and he was forced to tote water in the house.

Some of his neighbors helped him as much as they could. He could not even bend over to tie his shoes because of the intense pain. Neighborhood Medical Center again referred Mr. Cox to the We Care Network to see a general surgeon.

After receiving a cardiac clearance from Dr. Katopodis, Dr. Tim Ruark of TMH Physician Partners Surgical Specialists was able to perform an operation on Mr. Cox and repair his hernia.

Mr. Cox states getting his hernia fixed and his heart checked has “been a blessing” and “is wonderful.”

We are honored to be able to award young medical students scholarships to reduce their increasing debt load for medical education. We were delighted to be recognized by the Leon County Board of Commissioners through their Proclamation in recognition of 25 years of service to the community improving health outcomes through the We Care Network. We are humbled to address the increasing effects of physician stress and burnout by working to launch a new Physician Wellness Program for Active and Associate members of Capital Medical Society.

The We Care Network program is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2017. Through the generous participation of its donating We Care providers, over $88 million specialty medical and dental care has been coordinated. We Care Network received a Proclamation from Leon County in recognition of this milestone. This milestone represents the generosity and vision of donating specialty physicians, dentists, primary care physicians, healthcare partners, friends, grantors, donors, volunteers, and staff who have collectively and individually embraced or shared in our mission to improve access to health care through the We Care Network.

The Capital Medical Society Foundation Scholarship Fund has been one of the most successful and well-respected programs first established by Capital Medical Society over 35 years ago. Archived records since 1997 document that the Capital Medical Society Foundation has provided over 140 scholarships totaling $528,489 to students in the Program in Medical Science Program, the precursor to FSU College of Medicine, University of Florida medical students and FSU College of Medicine students. $501,000 of those scholarship dollars have been awarded to FSU College of Medicine students beginning with those in its inaugural Class of 2005. Many of those past recipients are now practicing in Tallahassee and some serve on the Scholarship Committee.

The CMS Foundation typically presents scholarships annually to first and second year medical students at the FSU-College of Medicine and 3rd and 4th year students from its Tallahassee Regional Campus. This year we were able to give an additional $47,000 to from Capital Medical Society Foundation’s Scholarship Fund. Medical students with a desire to return to North Florida to practice medicine after completion of their residencies were able to breathe a little easier over their debt load.

The caliber of medical students applying for scholarships each year continues to rise, as does the average national debt for a graduating medical student. With the prospect of up to $190,000 in debt at graduation, Capital Medical Society member donations are vital to supplement the financial aid of those who will help meet the physician demand in the Big Bend in the future.

In 2016, Capital Medical Society Foundation began to research the national model created by other medical societies of setting up physician wellness programs. After strong work at the committee level, CMSF will be launching its own program within the next few months. The Physician Wellness Program will provide a safe harbor for physicians to receive wellness coaching to address normal life difficulties in a confidential and professional environment. By addressing areas of difficulty, we physicians can decrease our stress levels and increase our levels of resilience and effectiveness as physicians.

We Care Network is the premier charitable endeavor of Capital Medical Society Foundation. We Care Network is an integral part of the healthcare delivery system in Leon, Gadsden, Jefferson, and Wakulla Counties for patients whose income falls at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level. Without the We Care Network, these patients’ access to appropriate medical professionals would be limited at best, due to the prohibitive nature of the cost of being a self-pay patient.

While it is difficult to predict or quantify what would have happened to these patients without the We Care Network, it is likely that significant uncompensated emergency room and hospital impatient care were avoided. We are the only access to specialty medical care for the population we serve - the low-income adults who fall through the cracks and have no other options for needed care.

$8,745,094 donated specialty medical care was provided by 232 specialty physicians, imaging centers, labs, Capital Regional Medical Center, Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, surgery centers, and durable equipment companies.

1,511 patients were eligible for We Care Network services.

•

2,833 patient visits were scheduled with volunteer specialty medical physicians.

•

258 We Care Network physicians, 59 dentists, 13 physician assistants, and 62 ARNPs have sovereign immunity (SI) protection afforded through the Volunteer Health Care Provider Program (VHCPP) with the Florida Department of Health.

We Care Dental Network – The consequences of reduced access to care over time can be serious and costly, including preventable hospitalizations, poor overall health, disability, and premature death. Access to dental care for uninsured, low-income adults is incredibly limited for the adult population we serve.

Physicians are sometimes forced to delay needed medical care, such as radiation treatments for patients with cancer, until all infected teeth have been extracted. In 2014-15: • 36 dentists and periodontists volunteered in the We Care Dental Network.

• $171,181 in dental care was provided by donating providers.

This has become an essential component of the program by increasing available information about the needs of each patient, making appointments easier to schedule with volunteering dentists.

The Patient Assistance Fund – provided resources to purchase medications, assist with patient transportation costs, and to purchase medical and dental supplies when they could not be obtained any other way.

In 2016-17:

• $25,469 was spent providing

medications, durable medical equipment, dentures, and transportation to We Care Network and We Care Dental Network patients.

• 230 new referrals were made to We Care Dental Network.

• 174 patient visits were scheduled with volunteer dentists.

6 Dental Clinic Days were conducted at the Leon County Health Department with an average of 14 patients seen. The Leon County Health Dept. also provides each new patient in our program with a digital panoramic x-ray.

Florida State University College of Medicine Scholarships totaling $47,000 were awarded to eight medical students from funds raised in 2016. The main criteria in scholarship consideration were financial need, geographic background within North Florida, other factors suggesting an interest in the mission of Capital Medical Society, and the medical students’ interest in returning to practice medicine in North Florida upon completion of their residencies. 2017 scholarship recipients were: Saira Bari Whitney Basford Brian Bowden Kaylee Denmark Quinn Frier Ciara Grayson Breanna Jameson Collin Lamba

$1,000 Robin McDougall Access to Care Award was presented to Florida State University College of Medicine’s Staci Biegner, M.D. and Henry Huson, M.D. The Access to Care Award is presented to 4th year medical students with a “strong interest in providing access to health care for underserved populations,” and is given in honor of past We Care Network Program Coordinator, Robin McDougall.

Christienne Alexander, M.D., FSU College of Medicine Department of Family Medicine and Rural Health, presented the scholarships with the following recognition comments:

Staci Biegner, M.D.’s nominator describes this student as a “powerhouse of passion for social justice, for the underserved, for bridging gaps in access and righting the wrongs of inequality.”

She rose as President of FSUCares, FSU COM’s student organization devoted to helping the underserved and underprivileged populations both locally and internationally. She, along with the presidents of two other student organizations, helped create the Healing Hands Benefit, raising $8,500 to support serving learning projects in Immokalee, Panama, and Nicaragua.

As the Treasurer for the FSU COM’s Chapters of the American Medical Association and Florida Medical Association, she led fundraising efforts and attended two of their national meetings to better learn the intricacies of healthcare policy and how to improve access challenges.

And if that wasn’t enough, she is also one of the founders of the Chapman Community Health Program, attending every planning meeting and every event to help ensure the success of the program.

She was also just inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society, which honors medical students, residents, role-model physician teachers, and other exemplars for demonstrated excellence in clinical care, leadership, compassion, and dedication to service.

Henry Huson, M.D.’s nominator describes this student as a humble giant – working hard in silence, out of the limelight, to the benefit of others.

During his first two years of medical school, he volunteered with the Chapman Community Health Program and helped organize and fundraise for the Healing Hands Benefit that I mentioned earlier.

He was also the Treasurer of the Medical Student Council, presiding over 29 Registered Student Organizations and maintaining a budget of over $50,000 – a budget that was uncut for the first time in three years thanks to his hard work defending it to FSU Main Campus’ Congress of Graduate Students.

As a third and fourth year medical student, he volunteered at multiple service events, including the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk and the We Care Clinic Mardi Gras Fundraiser. He also spearheaded a sock and toothbrush drive, providing needed supplies for impoverished children within the local community and led two fundraising events for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, raising over $2,500 each time.

And in addition to this – when one of the staff members at his regional campus died unexpectedly leaving behind his wife and 11-year old son, he led a fundraising campaign which raised $2,000 to help the family.

Funding the mission would not be possible without the collaborative support of our grantors, donors, foundations, corporate and private donors, Capital Medical Society Alliance, local businesses and individuals who donated items and corporate sponsorships to the 2016 Holiday Auction. The CMSF Holiday Auction is the signature fundraising event of the Capital Medical Society physician community to fund the programs and initiatives of Capital Medical Society Foundation.

The support of the medical, dental, and business communities, hard-working staff, and the many volunteers and auction participants enable CMSF to fund the We Care Network, provide scholarships to medical students, and grants to programs that improve access to health care.

• The 2016 event raised $71,079 to support the mission.

• $53,000 in sponsorships were provided by local business and organizations.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE Dear Friends of Capital Medical Society Foundation:

This annual report is a reflection of your partnership with us. Without those who donate services and resources, the burden of medical school debt and the weight of serious diagnoses for low-income, uninsured residents of this community would be much heavier. You are the partners who enable Capital Medical Society Foundation to stay mission-focused.

Capital Medical Society Foundation’s performance is rooted in the vision of its Board of Directors, the dedication of its committees, the quality of its staff, but equally important, the generosity of its donors. Under the leadership of a committed Board that has historical perspective and focus on its mission, 2016-17 has been a year of vision for the future and honoring the past.

Capital Medical Society Foundation, Inc. advances the charitable endeavors of the physicians in this community through its commitment to awarding scholarships for medical education. It has been exciting to engage with the Board and the Scholarship Committee in their desire to further assist medical students in this community through its Scholarship Fund. Each year, we receive about 45 applications for scholarships. Each year, the pool of applicants consistently has financial need, but also has a distinct commitment to medicine often stemming from personal family experiences. They are excited about their future in medicine, but also are recognizing early the stresses facing physicians in the workplace through their rotations in the local medical

community. CMSF’s Board is focusing on increasing their commitment to scholarships to provide as much support as possible to this next generation of physicians. They solicit your support as well in their effort to grow the Scholarship Fund through personal donations, practice support, and Holiday Auction involvement.

In 2016, while attending an American Association of Medical Society Executives’ meeting, I was introduced to a national movement to sponsor physician wellness programs to address physician stress and burnout that is being championed by medical societies. With research and the commitment and hard work of a CMSF Physician Wellness Committee, made up of interested CMS members, the recommendation was made for CMSF to move forward with starting its own Physician Wellness Program to provide wellness coaching with Ph.D. level psychologists for physicians. The program is scheduled to launch within the coming months to encourage physicians to take care of their patients by taking care of themselves.

It will offer six, confidential wellness coaching sessions a year for Active and Associate CMS Members, as funding permits. There will be minimal notes, and no names of those seeking coaching services will be shared with CMS or CMSF. The program will be donation and grant-supported.

Included in the program will be a CME on Physician Wellness for members and their spouses scheduled on Friday, April 27, 2018.
