PHYSICIAN WELLNESS BURNOUT INVENTORY
This is an adapted version of the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory, one of several such validated instruments used to assess the presence of burnout in many occupations. Each of these instruments, including this one, has its own unique advantages and limitations. This sample is provided not as a definitive measure of the presence or absence of burnout, but merely as one potential piece of data for you to consider as you explore issues related to physician wellness and resilience.
