CMS Alliance Supports CMS Foundation

CMS ALLIANCE FUNDRAISERS BENEFIT THE CMS FOUNDATION’S WE CARE NETWORK

2022 CMS Alliance President Codie Bryant presented a $1,500 check to CMS Foundation Executive Director Pam Irwin for its We Care Network program on November 16, 2022. The CMSA hosted two successful fundraisers last year that raised funds to support not only the We Care Network but also Lee’s Place and the Panhandle Area Education Consortium.

Their successful Holiday Card fundraiser was recognized at the state level as a model for other medical society alliances. Their Wine and Whiskey event in November 2022 was enjoyed by all who attended. The CMS Alliance has been an incredible partner in assisting with the Holiday Auction and the Celebration Awards Dinner. Last year, they also provided Ensure for a We Care Network patient and are partnering with the CMSF on its “Feed a Medical Student, Grow a Doctor” initiative to reduce food insecurity for students at the FSUCOM Tallahassee Regional Campus. We are so grateful to our friends at the CMSA and applaud them for their leadership in the community!
